The store and the service are about nothing. At the entrance, a man with a tablet, stands in nothing, can't get a consultant, can't take him to the product, too, why is he there? The assortment is meager, the consultants do not know the product, they cannot really advise. Despite the fact that there weren't many other customers in the store besides me. I was choosing glasses, I asked myself, maybe you have another store and the model I need is available there? They say yes, go see for yourself what they have. Seriously? A luxury brand, in Moscow they would have already driven themselves three times to their other store and brought everything that the client needs.

An interesting person talked to the manager. We met in the hall and had coffee. A good store. The staff involved.
