Отличный офис, несколько раз оформлял осаго, один раз расторжение в связи продажи авто. Минус который не относится к Альфе, это отсутствие парковки! Парковки как бы есть но они под шлагбаумом и как туда попасть не понятно. И еще один клочок парковки имеется, на который заезд с высоким бордюром, на седане пузом чиркал и в целом всегда занята. В общем имейте ввиду, парковаться проблема!

Уровень подготовки специалистов, как и желание их разобраться в вопросе клиента низкий, с улыбкой, лояльно и по существу, если несешь деньги за страховку, если пришел со страховым случаем, вынос мозга и беготня по офисам.
