A great hotel for unassuming travelers, an alcohol market is nearby, so the beauty enhancer does its job. The food is excellent, the buffet is not five stars of course, but you will definitely not stay hungry. The rooms are standard, clean, all available from cosmetics. There is one pool with cold water on the territory, so we swam together with my husband during our visit. We were satisfied with the hotel itself. Outside the hotel there is a prom zone)

A good budget hotel. Pros: price, staff, rooms (especially two-room rooms are good), the food is not chic but everything is delicious, the staff is very friendly- if you know at least a little English- there will be no problems;), free transfer (12 min. drive) to a nice beach with free towels and sun loungers, near an excellent liquor store with cheap prices.
Cons: the location of the hotel in a remote industrial zone - lovers of evening walks have nowhere to go:(, the contingent of vacationers is almost 100% Russian and not the most well-off, appropriate relationships, drinking at night and all the other delights ...
Tips for living: two-room rooms are better with a view of the road (our Tagil thumps by the pool at night and you won't sleep) the road is noisy, but you get used to it quickly:)
Take a queue for a beach transfer in the morning before breakfast in advance, there are many people who want to. There is a free shuttle service 2 times a week to the CANCER Mall center. There is not much to do in it, but from there you can walk around the city and the surrounding shops - make an appointment in advance at the reception!

About the hotel: the hotel is 7-10 years old, slightly zayuzan, free Wi-Fi throughout, the staff is very responsive. Room: large bed, TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, tea, coffee, water. Shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair dryer, slippers, if you ask, they give bathrobes. There is a sauna, a Jacuzzi-in my opinion for 3 people. The swimming pool on the territory of the hotel is large and heated, the water is pleasantly warm (approx +29), the territory itself is in the shade, which is undoubtedly a plus.
In the evening there is a disco, entrance is free, dress control, but you can also enter through the bar bypassing the security.
On the territory of the hotel, it is forbidden to consume alcoholic beverages purchased outside the bar controlled by a security guard.
People buy cola and drink it for hours (apparently pouring))).
Breakfast: gourmets will not be happy, but in general it's fine, omelette, fruit, krausans, coffee. There are baby chairs.

A budget option for a beach holiday. A cozy beach in a partner hotel is a five-minute shuttle ride away. The food is excellent! There are a lot of spicy dishes at dinner, this is the only problem for guests with children!!! The swimming pools on the beach and in the hotel are heated. There are two alcohol markets nearby, they will pleasantly surprise you with their assortment. There is also a supermarket nearby. There is an industrial zone around the hotel, there is nowhere to go in the evening, you can go to the partner hotel for the evening

Quite a suitable hotel for a holiday with delicious food, a warm pool, sauna and Jacuzzi for little money.trips to the sea do not strain. We were with children 4.5 and 6.5 years old.We were also lucky with the weather at the end of January, there was one cool day on which we visited the shopping center in Ras al Khaimah on a free bus.the sea is a little cool, but we swam in the morning, and the pool is cool, the children did not climb out of it. The most delicious thing in this hotel is food. The cook is simply divine. Everything was very tasty and varied. And I could barely drag myself away from desserts. Far from the sea - took the bus. The rooms were cleaned every day, towels were changed. There is a kettle in the room, tea, instant coffee, water, dry cream. At the reception, you can take an adapter for sockets in the room for a deposit.

A budget hotel for not spoiled tourists. The place around the hotel is completely unsuitable for walking. Around the industrial zone. Generally, everywhere outside the department. There is no territory of its own. Not counting a small patch with a swimming pool and a barbecue area. This is the biggest minus. The hotel staff does not speak Russian at all.
The food is not bad. The food is varied and everything is fresh. I make a conclusion only on breakfast.
Alcohol is available at normal prices in nearby alcohol supermarkets. Prices are different, compare if you want to save money.
They take you to the sea for free, to the beach of another hotel. (Minibuses are always packed to the limit. But, it won't take long to go).
Everything is fine here: the territory, the beach, the pool with a bar in it. Towels and sun beds are free of charge. There is entertainment for an additional fee. Everything is fine here.
I advise you to take an excursion to Dubai, a boat trip to the Marina area. Very beautiful.
I recommend taking a tour to this hotel only if there is a sooo good discount! In any case, take a good mood with you and have a good rest!

We were at this hotel in November 2019. The hotel is just great, there is nothing to complain about! The staff is always friendly and attentive! If you suddenly lacked something, they will correct any misunderstandings. The rooms are modern, clean, cozy, with air conditioning, TVs, hairdryer, etc. The food is delicious, varied. The pool is cleaned every morning, heated. Large equipped gym. The jacuzzi is only dirty.
But there is a huge disadvantage, it is the distance from the sea. If you are not going for work, namely to swim, then this option is not for you, especially with children. There is a bus from the hotel to the sea, it takes 7-11 minutes, but these crowds, queues, waiting... It's not pleasant and hard.. Or only if you take a taxi to the sea and back, 12 dirhams in one direction. Walking to the sea is very far from the hotel, 40 minutes for sure. Do not believe if the description of the hotel says that the sea is within walking distance, it is not so.

This is my first vacation experience 6 km from the beach, I didn't like it, the bus to the beach accommodates about 25 people, you can't go standing, the bus is stormed, especially the aunts and uncles over 50 are furious. I can't stand the crush, so we had to wait for the bus to come back for us, this happened during the trip there and back, well, at least I was coming back. But I concluded that for me the opportunity to visit the beach at any time is priceless. I did not lower the rating of the hotel, since this information was not hidden. All the other points: a small territory, an industrial zone - did not bother me. But there are two supermarkets and an alcohol market nearby, in which Old Moon Indian rum for 11 dirhams, for 250 rubles, they took another whiskey for the promotion of 2 liters for 30 dirhams - 650 rubles. You can't drink your own alcohol by the pool, only bought at the bar (I had half board), the price of beer is 800 rubles, it's very expensive, so they brought rum and cola in bottles from under the water, sipped it and hid it in a purse. Although it was possible to smoke, they used to smoke in the rooms (there are no balconies), because when they wanted to drink openly, they gathered in the room, they were too lazy to smoke from the seventh floor, the fire alarm was silent)). The hotel, in general, is more for those who are not so important to the sea, who just want to go on excursions, is unsuitable for recreation with children, can only be from the age of five and then there is nothing for children to do there. But there were instances with children under a year old, I will leave this without comment. Food for five - I ate meat, fish and vegetables - delicious, cleaning for five, always replenished gel, shampoo, balm, there is also body lotion, toothbrushes with paste (paste does not taste very good), a shower cap, a pair of cotton pads and sticks, a bathrobe was brought on request. I didn't come across any Russian speakers at the reception, an interpreter to help, Wi-Fi catches well at the hotel and a little worse on the beach. Don't count on the TV, there's one channel in Russian and some sectarians are broadcasting there - like Jehovah's Witnesses. There is a club for dancing, attached to the hotel on the right, but we managed to go twice, then closed because of the "crown". It was a little boring, I asked about the disco at the hotel on the beach, there is an entrance of 100dr 0_o - 2200 rubles - thank you, no need. I liked the beach, the sand, the water was about 24-25 gr, the sea was often at low tide - shallow, I swam sitting)), for seven days, only twice after lunch the sea was "full". No living creatures were seen in the water. They do water aerobics, yoga, darts, something else. We were lucky with the weather +28-30, without rain. For information, a taxi to the beach costs 12 dirhams, back 16. I didn't go on excursions and to the shops because of the virus, and, in principle, I was interested in beach holidays, so next time I will choose hotels only with walking distance, not far from the sea, for example, the same BM Beach Resort 4*, to the beach of which we were taken. For information, Acacia 3 and Beach Resort 4 are hotels of the same chain. Another important thing is that normal video and audio communication is provided only by Skype, who also had Viber, I do not have. The rest of the messengers work only in the format of text and audio messages.

Very nice hotel! Excellent value for money.
Lived from December 13 to December 21, 2018. The weather was wonderful + 27 degrees. Almost every day we swam in the pool until the evening - fortunately, it is heated. In the morning I regularly took a bus to the beach. There are inexpensive shops nearby.
I would especially like to mention very tasty food! At times better than in Turkey, for example.

The hotel is located far from the sea, there is its own beach, but you need to get to it by bus, which does not have enough space for everyone, and it rarely goes. I think it's not comfortable at all if the purpose of the visit is to relax on the beach. I rented a car and only spent the night at the hotel, so it was not critical.
You need to take adapters for Eurovilli with you. at the reception, they were issued only on the third day with a deposit of 10 dirhams.
The elevator did not work twice in 9 days (a fire was triggered, apparently someone smoked in the room).
Views from the window - full of sadness - industrial zone. There is no balcony.
Positive:
The room is clean, nice, cleaned every day. The plumbing is good, the towels, the bed are clean.
The food is a standard hotel buffet, the range of dishes almost does not change, but I did not go hungry.
There is a private pool, tren.gym and sauna. I didn 't have time to use any of this ) but the water in the pool is warm.
The reception and staff are quite responsive.

The guide could not explain something. Meeting with the guide the next day at 11:00, at this time the last shuttle to the sea, on the first day we did not get to the sea. It turns out that it was necessary to take a voucher and towel cards at the reception, no one prompted. The hotel is for passive recreation, the heated pool, but is in the shade, it's cool to go out, they give a full baby by the pool. The beach, where they take you, is very good, the only thing is there are few sunbeds on the sea, but there are enough of them by the pool. The animation is cool. Heated swimming pool for children.
On the day of departure, they promised to give lunch boxes, but no one gave them, and the transfer was 4 hours before departure, of course the child was hungry.
There is nowhere to go outside the hotel, there is only a seven eleven supermarket, a Pakistani cafe across the street, and an alcohol market next to the hotel.
The restaurant took breakfast and dinner, everything is delicious!

From the very beginning, some of us started having problems with settling in, which nobody solves if you paid it's already your problems we have 4 families with children. It is unclear on what principle the numbers are issued. My wife and I and an 8-year-old child were placed in a room with one room and one double bed. Our other mother with two small children received a two-room room with a double bed, a single bed and a sofa. If we need to change rooms one by one, 1 room and 1 bed is enough, no one who did not want to talk to us said write to your tour operator. They wrote the tour operator replies that all settlements are at the discretion of the hotel administration. Yes, we were offered to change, but they asked us to pay about $ 300 extra for 9 days. Our manager does not solve any questions, does not decide to talk to him about something or ask uselessly. Probably they have so many guests for the maintenance of the hotel, there is enough money for this, no one does anything, but refers to third parties or solves issues at the expense of the guest's surcharge.
We still have 3 days to live here, but I would not recommend this Acacia Hotel to anyone. I hope my review will reach the owner of the network and he will draw conclusions. What would you like to sit by the pool in the evening , provided that there is no animation , the guests have fun as they come up with . They smoke hookah and drink. Here, too, everything is not simple. The hookah man does not give coals after 11 pm and takes away the hookahs . Says the time is over. The guard after him at 11:30 begins to annoy everyone. From the beginning, he asks the music on the phones or speakers to turn off (they don 't have their own music, they don 't turn it on), then he approaches the guests and says that they wouldn 't drink alcohol brought from the liquor store . After 30 minutes, he will announce that the doors to the pool need to be closed and invites those who are still drinking to go to the rooms and continue there. My family and I have been in the Emirates for 5 or 6 times already, this is the first time such an outrage that someone constantly pulls you on vacation as a schoolboy. The kitchen also sucks completely, one thing pleases that they took breakfast and dinner. There is enough food, though sparsely compared to other places where we have been. There are fish and meat and chicken, vegetables. But only the cook has no hands. Everything is cooked disgusting, everything is peppered or strewn with curry. We hardly find anything to feed the children. The store also helps out with the affordable prices of seven and Levan across the street from the hotel and Alco market .

I gave it five stars. Not a hotel, but rather a vacation, but it is connected with the organization and the system. The hotel is average, with its disadvantages (everything is written about them, the industrial zone, the lack of a promenade). That's all of the minuses. Positive. Staff. Customer-oriented, friendly, happy to help. Cleaning on time (just do not forget to put signs about changing linen and towels, minimal knowledge of English is required). Excellent restaurant at the hotel, varied and delicious menu, dishes were changed every day. Gym as a plus (used, norm). Transfer to the beach of a chain hotel - no problem, you didn't get on this bus, you'll leave on the next one. And being in an inexpensive Acacia hotel, you use all the privileges of the network (good animation, pools with slides, good-quality sun beds, a well-groomed beach). Price. Covers the disadvantages at times. The result is that I am very happy with my vacation, I recommend it.

We arrived from the airport at 11 o'clock in the morning. They settled in at 14-00. The room is small for 2 people with two single beds. The room has a TV, tea accessories (coffee, tea, sugar), which are replenished every day, a kettle. There are no balconies in the rooms. There is one window, there is nowhere to dry things. There is a gym on the territory, in which, in addition to treadmills and three dumbbells, there is nothing else interesting, a sauna and a Jacuzzi - all this is absolutely free for those who live in the hotel. The location is not very good: an industrial zone, hangars, garages within a radius of 5 km. The hotel does not have a territory as such. There is nowhere to walk. A free bus takes you to the beach with a frequency of about once every half hour.

Vacationed with my husband in February 2020. A big minus is the location of this hotel (this is not a hotel!!!). There is a cement factory around. We rested in this hotel as many as 2 times. The first time was in February 2018, the second time in January 2020. But then I did not write a review, because the impressions remained contradictory. Now everything has finally fallen into place. This is the worst place we've ever vacationed. The advantages of the hotel, when buying a ticket for the first time, were at a relatively inexpensive price, good food, the opportunity to take the bus to another hotel with a very good beach. And, even if in the evening we returned to our high-rise in the industrial zone, in the evening we could drink cocktails in the courtyard in front of the pool, part of the dinner was in the same place where the barbecue was installed, on which meat was fried for dinner several days a week earlier. There is a sauna and a Jacuzzi for free. And in the evening, music was played by the pool, a small disco was held, in addition to a nightclub. In general, there was something to do at the hotel in the evening.
And now about the last trip. So, we arrived already in the afternoon, we were settled quickly, but the time for settling in had already come a long time ago, and there was no one else with us. The hotel is located in the industrial zone, among the desert and factories, there is a rather gloomy-looking high-rise. The windows are dirty as usual, there are no balconies, it's difficult to think of how to dry clothes after the beach. You can slightly open the window to the outside, with the risk that the things dried in this way will fall on the roof of the first floor. In January and February, the sea is icy, if there is no wind and it is sunny, then it is warm, you can sunbathe. It should appear a little cloudy, or the wind starts, and also at night, it gets hellish cold, there were 2 nights of 13 degrees with the wind, so I had to sleep practically in jackets, the air conditioner only works in the cold. But all this is slightly compensated by a sandy beach, with a normal, gradual change in the depth of entry into the water.
After settling in, the fun began. The safe turned out to be broken in our room, an employee came, beat him with his fist, and left without doing anything, despite complaints, until the end of the rest. Because of this, I had to carry documents and passports in a small purse purely for documents. Throughout the rest, at the entrance to the local, canteen, restaurant, it now turns the tongue to call it, everyone checks the room number. And every time, a scandal began with the requirement to leave a bag with documents at the entrance, during breakfast and dinner. And from time to time we had to explain in broken English, otherwise none of the staff understands that we can't leave the bag, because our safe is broken and no one repairs it. Naturally, after that, the mood was spoiled every time.
Now about nutrition. For the first time in 2018, there was a much wider choice, as I already wrote, part of the evenings was by the pool in the courtyard where the barbecue worked. This time, most of the food consisted of crafts made of potatoes, beans and legumes in different versions, which no one tried to take. But 1-2 types of meat were instantly sorted out, mainly chicken, beef several times and 1-2 types of cheese. From fruits - only melons and watermelons cut into small pieces. 1-2 types of sweets, cakes. Apple and orange juice were not diluted only the first day, and once they were not easily diluted, but with some kind of foreign smell, similar to medicines. The food is usually very spicy. The bar in the dining room, unlike last time, is completely closed. Administrators and waiters monitor all visitors, how and what to eat, approach and make comments (I encountered such game for the first time in 10 years of annual trips to different hotels). I think there is no need to comment that even in the hotels visited in Turkey, Egypt and even Uzbekistan :), there were several types of meat, better cooked, and cakes and pastries generally more than 10 types. But even in this hotel there used to be several types of meat, several cakes, a wider selection of fruits and in general the food as a whole has slipped from good to complete horror. The result - from spicy food with potatoes and legumes - we all have problems with the stomach and intestines.
Okay, we thought there is still a sauna and a Jacuzzi here. We went down to floor B, and there it's cold in the sauna most of the days, the Jacuzzi is also icy water and stinks. The girls at the entrance to the sauna politely pretended that they did not understand our requests to turn it all on. The showers have not been working in the women's department for the last few days. As a result, it was possible to successfully visit only 2 days out of 7 when everything more or less worked.
About the microterritory of the hotel. In front of the entrance there is a small space and a non-working fountain, as well as a large parking lot, nothing else. Trucks are rushing past on the highway, raising dust and sand. If you go out here for a walk, you will breathe all this, as well as the gases of cars working in the parking lot. From the inside, a small courtyard with a swimming pool, which even on sunny days covers the shadow of the building completely, therefore it is cool even without wind. So, even this courtyard is periodically closed for private parties with music and tables placed there, hotel guests are not allowed there. So you can leave the hotel for a walk only on the highway into the desert.
We went to the beach. There are literally fights between guests for a place on buses, compensated by early arrivals and queuing. Literally, retired vacationers with scandals build everyone else you are the 12th, you are the 27th))))) . The beach itself is as good as before, eh, if not for the icy water in the sea.
At night, cars honk loudly and the nightclub works loudly, echoing with thuds on the floor of the room.
Most of the guests, in order to partially compensate for the effect of visiting the hotel, go on excursions all days. This is the only positive moment we were in Oman, swimming, the water is much warmer there, and on a night tour to Dubai. We were there in November. We were lucky with the weather, +30 approximately lasted all week. The hotel itself is not bad. The rooms are very comfortable and comfortable. The pool is quite large. But, unfortunately, apart from the pool, there is no free entertainment there. Probably for the older generation, the hotel will be quite good. I didn't have enough fun in the evenings, and there were almost no young people there. There is an industrial zone around the hotel. Nearby there is a shop with cheap alcohol and a cafe with reasonable prices. According to the schedule, there is a bus to the sea. The last flight is at 6 pm.

Russian russians are full, but they don't teach our language, they don't know 2 words, TV is only 1 channel in Russian, and that one is religious, Jewish-Baptist. There are no small towels in the rooms, they asked for three days, but it's useless. There are no Russian TV channels in the hotel, small things disappear, a trifle, but unpleasant! The transfer to the beach is organized ugly, is it really impossible to send a big bus, or two buses in a row! These are the little things that can push away from a good, in general, hotel!
