The store manager is a real con artist. I bought two pairs of sneakers and left them in the store so I wouldn't have to carry them with me. I returned half an hour later, I wanted to make a refund, but I found others. Ali's manager said that this was impossible, but he would write to the store management and in 2-3 days he would have to respond. A month has passed without a reply or a greeting. Although the receipt says the refund is within 7 days, the exchange is 14 days. There are different laws in this store. I do not recommend contacting such sellers.
