I liked the service - I made a bank card. The girl managers are responsive, they quickly checked all the documents and sent them to the ATM. The ATM printed the card with my name in 5 minutes. I recommend.

Convenient location, responsive staff will prompt and help you. There is a wait, but not a long one. I liked the instant card receipt service very much, there is no such thing in Russia.
