4 stars with tension. The hotel is tired. Something breaks all the time. Grub if you come late is not enough. The menu is not very diverse. The staff is not kind to everyone. The rooms are large and comfortable. Condey blows like a hurricane, not regulated. There is a high probability of catching a cold. The linen is clean. The bed is solid, for an amateur. Room cleaning is so-so. They don't vacuum at all. The bath is a little dirty. They may forget to put paper or something. They may even forget to clean the room. If there is a problem, you go to the reception a hundred times, they are in no hurry to fix it. 700-800 meters from the beach. Walk 10 minutes slowly. There is a starbags and a minimarket in the hotel building. Very convenient, there is everything you need.

I was delivered to the hotel at 21.40, I was in a position with a 12-year-old child, they didn't give me the key right away, they asked me to wait, I came up after half an hour, they told me to wait, my child had already fallen asleep on the couch in the lobby, after another half hour I just couldn't stand it, we were off the plane, hungry, I'm in a position, we're not being settled, guard, went back to the reception, yelled, the number was given in 5 minutes. What was my surprise when I opened the room, and there, near the TV, there was a decent pile of sand and pieces of broken plastic, the room was one-room. We went back down with suitcases to the reception, I explain that the room is not cleaned, and why one room? The fact is that we paid for a two-room deluxe, why should we live in a standard room? They gave another standard room, said that tomorrow you will deal with the guide about the room. I believe that it is the task of the reception to put me in the facilities for which I paid. As a result, the guide did not come to the information meeting, said I would help, as a result, she disappeared for two more days, when she showed up, she wrote that she wanted to help, what is the help? We have three days left to live, it makes sense to carry things back and forth. The food is monotonous, the meat was given twice in 7 days, I ordered two lunch boxes in the evening for the morning, they said OK, you will pick it up at the reception in the morning, as a result, they told me in the morning that there were no lunch boxes. It's a complete mess, not a hotel, I don't advise anyone. The nearest malls are very far away. The sea is not 700 meters away at all, but somewhere 10 minutes on foot, the beach is public, there are no umbrellas and sun beds at all, even for money, even in the heat, think for yourself, if you do not leave the beach before 10 am, then you will have to get to the hotel by taxi, it is already impossible to walk. I advise you to see the Carlton hotel, also 4 stars, the first line, its own beach with sun beds and sun loungers, the price is the same. We chose this hotel only because of the two-room amenities, but it turned out that in vain, we were simply not settled in them. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

The food is within the norm, you won't be hungry, but there are no frills either. Cleanliness is 4.5, water is given every day, but it's just a problem with towels, you have to run after them, complain and still it's a problem. The beach is urban, not far 10-15 minutes at a slow pace. In the Emirates, breakfast is very simple everywhere-eggs, porridge and some other nonsense, here it's the same + omelet or scrambled eggs. There were watermelons, but just so as not to forget the taste and beans in all its manifestations-at least 3 dishes. For having a grocery store in the hotel building, this is a very big plus. There is everything. One of the best shops in Sharjah. You can walk to the market, who is not lazy. It is worth going to it, especially when tours for a week for two from 60 thousand rubles.

Three stars is the maximum that can be given to the hotel. The breakfasts are sad, the room cleaning is nominal, there is no private beach, the staff is unfriendly.
On the plus side, there is a public beach nearby (7min.), quite decent, clean sea (the water is dirtier in Dubai), there is a Starbucks and a local coffee shop on the basement of the hotel, as well as a large supermarket that saved us.

I really liked the hotel itself. The beach is nearby. Heated swimming pool for children. Cozy large room. A varied breakfast menu, everything is delicious. There was enough food and plates. But... There is no cleaning in the rooms. It just doesn't exist at all. Never vacuumed, never dusted (for a week)... At the end of the vacation we had a sandbox in the room. It's such a pity that because of such nonsense, the rating of the hotel is reduced. After all, almost everyone in the reviews writes about it.

Of all the hotels we've been to, Sharjah is the worst. Declared 4 stars. In fact: there is no staff, the cleaning is terrible, they react only to direct claims for cleaning and then they smile and say that they will clean, in fact everything remains the same. In the corridor of the hotel there is always some dirty dishes at the rooms, which are not cleaned for several days. Food - without any variety (but you have to pay tribute to the chefs, you can eat). There are cockroaches in the rooms, from small to large, such as I have not seen yet - "Madagascar"! About the size of our mouse. Photos are attached. The rooms are shabby, the taps are flowing. There is no beach. There is no paid beach nearby - there are no sunbeds, towels are given out here. But we went to the sahara beach hotel (30aed per person) - also sucks. The best option is lou lou beach (as well as the hotel itself is good, with great food)

We lived in the presidential suite, it's a nightmare the water in the room practically does not work, no one does anything, friends also did not work for a week! And it's not even a nightmare to wash in winter! Condey also does not work , no one did anything either !
And of course the water heater is to blame for everything, according to the receptionist, when the wind blows strongly, the canopy from the pool does not give you the feeling that the perforator is working! I'm sorry, there is no sound insulation in the best hotel room?!
You can hear cars going to the port around the clock, at the price of such a room, you could get confused if you position the room as the best and soundproof!
The pool is small heated + the second one is not heated in the season there is not enough space for everyone for sure, and there are not enough sunbeds in the off-season, the pool is morally outdated and dirty!
We wanted to order food in the evening, despite the promised round-the-clock service, even the reception does not respond after 22 hours, and even more so there is no cook!
Next, we drank coffee from cups in the lobby, so a man who drags carts came up to us five times and said that you can't eat here in a rude manner, almost pulling food out of your mouth, then he came all the way with the manager, demanding that we go to our room to eat! Are you guys serious?!
I traveled half the world in more than one hotel there was no such thing, who do you think you are!?
The room is dirty, the Jacuzzi did not work!
There is no beach of its own, the infrastructure of the hotel too!
And the cherry on the cake was that in 1.5 weeks they cleaned up once, well, how they cleaned up, put soap and took out the trash and..... my passport is at the reception, they took it as a deposit without notifying me from the table and I found out about it on the last day before departure, it's good that we had time in reserve …
Who was allowed to take a passport is unclear, rummaging through things unintentionally is also unclear!
Friends had breakfast they are very unhappy on the second day they stopped going there because it's just inedible and spoiled in places!
In my life, there has never been a second such hotel that would deserve such a terrible review of the Red castle hotel, congratulations, you did it perfectly!

The food is good, many of course will complain that it is running out, but this is not the hotel's problem. They do not have time to replenish it. The fact is that our compatriots forget that this is not an all-inclusive table ... but just, for example, breakfast. Everyone grabs and collects several plates, so it ends by the end of breakfast. The hotel has nothing to say- it is necessary to eat less))) Bessein on the roof is also super. My family and I have only positive impressions. We recommend it.

In general, everything is very convenient and wonderful, except for one fat minus - room cleaning. They don't bother much with this.. We were with two children, so we didn't find fault too much. I would recommend more for a beach holiday, because the hotel is located almost on the outskirts of the universe..
Another plus is that there is a supermarket right in this building! There is a small eatery nearby, they cook delicious, the portions are huge!

A good hotel for 4 people. The food is delicious, responsive staff, location close to the beach, near the lagoon, park area. We really liked the store in the hotel building, a large assortment. Of the minuses -only a small construction site was nearby - it was noisy, towels for the beach were not very clean, the floor was not cleaned at all in the rooms, the furniture was old, but not broken, it did not bother me. We had a rest in December 2019 .. In principle, not a bad hotel. For a quiet family holiday. The main thing is to set yourself up for a positive! Yes, the room was not cleaned as we would like (despite the tip left), yes, there was breakfast in the morning, and after 9:00 the menu decreased, yes, the towels are not new and smell of bleach, the faucet in the bathroom was not completely fixed... But the fact that the Persian Gulf is across the road, the purest water, white sand, gentle sun, you can stay here for a week!! Weather in December plus 28 - 30, water 25 - 26.. It rained for two days.. But there are spa services, a hammam, a swimming pool.
There is no exchanger nearby, but there is a supermarket with good prices nearby, and they changed there. You can order a barbecue or chicken, and they will fry it there. Delicious. Nearby you can buy excursions, a good coffee shop. Nearby markets: locomotives, there is gold, souvenirs and nearby vegetables, fruits, fish. Everything is in abundance. But it's better to take a taxi. Approximately 13-15 dirhams. There was a round-trip transfer to three shopping centers, free of charge. Restaurant "Kazan" ...it's expensive, it's not worth it, but everything is in Russian! We took excursions from Coral, a wonderful girl guide. We liked it. Impressions remained!

We rested together in this hotel in early December 2019. The staff is very friendly, everyone understands Russian and some even speak a little.
The hotel is decent, our room was spacious, with a small balcony, everything worked. We made friends with the cleaners, took towels, pillowcases and all sorts of little things from them, even slippers. Vacuumed once upon check-in, and we don't need any more, we didn't carry sand to the room...they changed their shoes at the entrance.
The sea is across the street, we went to the free beach, we took beach towels at the hotel.
The weather was gorgeous, the sea was gorgeous!!!
The food. We had breakfast. Not posh, but not bad either...But where are the fruits??? fresh??? There were only canned ones from cans!
I wonder if this is in all hotels in Sharjah, or just we were unlucky???
Were in Dubai in Dec.2017, Ibis in Deira 3* (or even 2*?). Everything was in abundance...and fruits, including, well, breakfasts are an order of magnitude higher. But the sea is far away there...
I want to go to Sharjah again, the sea nearby is captivating... But where are the fresh fruits for breakfast???
