The seller Konstantin said that it was my fault because I moved the bed. During the correspondence, I suggested bending the support in the other direction (it would obviously break off and this would worsen the breakdown and would definitely be my fault). He offered to come and change the support in the store, removing it from some exposed bed. Then he said that it generally costs 30 rubles. As a result, I solved the issue on my own. There are no warranty obligations after the bed is assembled. Literally not. Also, the orthopedic base creaked after 1 month of normal operation (according to the documentation, you can only sit and lie down, but there is still no guarantee). I highly recommend not contacting this office.
