It's a good hotel, I personally liked it. Positive: 1) Great location, 2) clean, cozy, 3) good cooking. Disadvantages: 1) room cleaning is not the best I've seen, 4) nearby parks and a zoo. In general, in my (subjective) opinion, our Kazakhstani 4 stars are attractive. I would also stop a second time.

The check-in is excellent, we settled in without any problems. they asked not to be evicted after 12.00, since the flight was at 15.00, the request was granted, no one disturbed. Thanks to the staff. The breakfasts are meager. The room is small. Compared to Ramada shymkent 4, Kaynar does not match 5, due to the price, room size and meager breakfasts

The hotel looks like a palace)). A very good spa. The food in the restaurant is excellent. Try the horse meat steak. It is very tasty and inexpensive.
