Two months have passed since the payment (they were fed breakfast that the finished sample was about to be sent), and they completely ignored it. They suddenly tell me that this is "her personal number," and the factory supposedly doesn't owe me anything. All project deadlines have been disrupted, and communication is boorish and disgusting. The money was returned only after public pressure, threats to appeal to the Consumer Protection Department and the court. A very unpleasant experience. Draw conclusions.
