The staff work is terrible! I've been waiting for orders for a very long time, they don't want to scan the goods in the evening, and as soon as the pick-up point opens, they immediately receive a notification that the order has arrived. In the morning of one day, the status of the product is "on the way to the pick-up point", and in the morning of the next day it is "ready to pick up". We worked in the morning, but by the evening we were burned out. One main employee is a nightmare, she washes mugs all day, sits on the phone, rolls her eyes forever, was rude to a man yesterday, lays out and opens her food containers on the table in front of me, well, how can that be?

The staff is unfriendly, they don't do their job properly.they are very rude in dealing with customers. I think they should understand that they work in the service sector and at least they shouldn't be rude. a neat, beautiful, well-groomed girl understands this at least a little bit, but the second one... I'm sorry, I don't even know how to describe her, but the girl looks very bad and also communicates with customers as disgustingly as possible, she's rude. because of this, I will no longer come to this PVZ for orders. the most unpleasant situation.
