After making the first payment for the apartment, they disappear from the radar, they may not respond to messages for days, they say "I have a meeting, I'll call you back" to urgent questions (in the next century, apparently). Of course, they need to earn money and new bookings, but they don't care about existing customers, they just ignore them, since you have already booked an apartment and you won't go anywhere, and your questions will wait. Developers, in no case do not do any more projects with them on an exclusive! I bought through this company, because the project from the developer LMD could only be purchased through X Capital. It's just nonsense, other companies have much more client-oriented and interested brokers. Most importantly, even during the selection, the most up-to-date information about the units of interest was sent to me by a representative of the Developer, while the realtor X Capital was sleeping. Three days later, he deigned to reply, "and I see that Natalia has already sent everything to you?". Of course, we did everything without you. Why do we need this layer in the form of a group that can't even respond promptly and provide information? It would be better if the Developer directly sold the apartments, I found their project myself, without the help of these non-brokers. And the price for units would then come out lower without paying a commission to these unqualified employees .

The result is the loss of the contribution.
