🍱 Food: Classic hummus and caviar are very tasty. Bread baskets are added for free - you can take several.
Interior: decent, the view of the fountains is great - the terrace is large.
Staff: not very efficient and focused on the guest (they carried everything for a long time, they didn't pay much attention to the table)

A wonderful restaurant, with a wonderful view!
We wandered in by chance, and decided to watch the fountain show and Burj Khalifa from them
The views are awesome! The best viewing platform for both fountains and the tower.Prices are slightly above average in Moscow. A wonderful hookah for 160 dirhams, while I am far from a fan of this. Very tasty, juicy chicken with a crust for 150 ... excellent service at the highest level.
If you are ready to give money for delicious food and a wonderful view, then here you are!
