Despite the beautiful location, a good bathhouse - I put a strong 2. Not a foot here anymore.
They have parking, no, more precisely, they have, but they are too lazy to open it. With a scandal, one car was put on the territory for a FEE, the second remained along the highway. They will not give you the documents, and if they do, they will not sign without asking, and the contract contains the phrase until it is signed on their part, then it is considered that you have not handed over the house. You also sign the deed of transfer of property, which lists everything that should be in the house, but you need to sign before you go to look. Another interesting point in the act of acceptance of the transfer of property is that you have been familiarized with the contract of the offer, but no one will order the contract for you
The attitude of the administration towards vacationers is simply Terrible!!!.

There are guest houses and hotel rooms, gazebos, baths and a restaurant on the territory. There is a lake where you can fish.

A great place to relax and hold events. We celebrated a wedding there, everything was at the highest level, the staff was polite, the administration was with us from beginning to end, all 2 days. The food is simply delicious, better than in Michelin restaurants. We returned there with my husband to rest. Everything is just fine. Let's go back, more than once, now this is my favorite place. The prices are adequate for such services. There are no words to describe everything. And who writes bad reviews, I want to say that maybe this is a problem for you, it's not the first time I notice that people demand more than they can afford. When you are adequately treated, then you are treated with kindness.

I stopped by several times to have a snack, relax as a team, it was believed that the restaurant staff works from under the stick, the cook is without inspiration to freeze, which undoubtedly spoils the advantages of this location, but I want to draw your attention to the fact that this is one of two points on this highway where you can stop to eat, spend the night. We provided not just high-quality service, but 5+ service, as a result, we decided to stay for 5-6 hours, sleep from the night road, get acquainted with what is on the territory and paid for the day, although we knew that we would stay for a short time, had lunch and decided to return! Girls from the night shift, you're cool, you know how to do business and I'm sure you won't be lost! Your scrambled eggs from a long journey are not just 5+, they are 10+ and why in the end the score is 4, not 3.

Inspired by the acquaintance, we definitely decided that on the way back we would definitely look at this cool place.
We arrived at about 11 a.m., as a result: there is no sour cream (yeah, there is no sour cream in Belarus), they can't offer anything to eat, they cook everything from under a knife (yeah, they cook draniki from under a knife for an hour), there is no bottled water: neither with gas, nor without gas, even toilet paper in There was no toilet in either the women's or the men's. There is a skirmish with the guests at the hotel /cafe counter, well, a complete mess. If I had stopped by for the first time, I would have given 1 star, but the girls from the shift on August 15 do not deserve, so 4.

We had a wedding, nieces.
Everything was at the highest level. The staff served us perfectly and was not rude to anyone, the receptionist was with us until the end of our holiday. There was enough food, and even there was still some left, everything was served on time.
Two more companies were walking on the estate at that time, and no one was bothering anyone.
The territory is very well maintained, the houses outside and inside are beautiful, the pool is under a canopy, each house has its own barbecue and swing, a trampoline and a slide for children. Very beautiful manor and nature. I RECOMMEND IT!!!!

We stayed at the farmhouse more than once. We decided to celebrate our daughter's birthday. The administrator Violetta clearly defined the menu to our taste. She offered all the goodies, which the guests were delighted with. Everyone liked everything. The children were playing and did not really remember their parents, which could not be important for the guests. I would like to thank Violetta not only for the menu and the organization, but also for one moment that did not leave us and the guests indifferent. She smiled at the kids, and took our baby in her arms and played with her when her daughter got naughty. Yes, I understand that this is not her responsibility, but it was so nice.
