All issues were resolved instantly. Separately, I would like to mention the hostess in the restaurant - sweet Diana. She greeted me every day with a smile and kindly helped me feel at home, such attention is always lacking in hotels. It was nice to see how she approached each child and communicated with him, despite the language barrier) an excellent choice of breakfast and dinner, clean rooms, a spacious hotel area sometimes makes you feel like the only guest, which is very necessary for residents of megacities. The hotel is amazing, I really got high there. The food is excellent, varied, the sweet table is unreal! It's very fun to ride a buggy between hotels, relax at different pools, on the beach. We have repeatedly used a free shuttle service to shopping malls. The only thing is that the power system (all inclusive limited) is not fully understood and it would be possible to add adult animation. In general, everything is fine and we would come again.

A great hotel with its own BUT:
1. They gave a dirty room: a pillow in vomit, a dirty floor, a dirty table.
2. Cars were driven nearby, it's not pleasant to sit in the evening, it's noisy.
3. The transfer to the city goes incomprehensible. Why does he stop by the Emirates mall if no one comes out there? You can also ask before leaving who gets out where to reduce stops.
4. The beach is certainly not as clean as in the Maldives, but it could be cleaned a little more often.
5. The location is far away, but we did not plan to go to the center often.
6. A strange system with checks for a bar, people gather near the beach during the day.
But in general, the hotel is good, the food is delicious - cuisines of different countries are made on weekends, the territory is large - golf, zoo, entertainment.

Just the perfect resort. It includes three hotels, all of them are included in the concept of accommodation. Perfect cleanliness, polite and responsive reception and concierge. Buggy bas drive every five minutes on the territory. There is a free transfer to the city to shopping centers. Excellent and funny animators (especially Pasha), gladly ran to his warm-up in the pool. This is just the perfect place to relax.

No worse than Rixos on Jumeirah (we rested there in 2017). The difference in nutrition (it's a little easier here) and the sea on the palm is friendlier /cleaner, without waves/turbidity, because there is a "bay" on Jumeirah. Otherwise, everything is wonderful! The territory is large and green! Peacocks are walking around impressively. The staff is friendly! Live music and oriental dancing at dinners. A very pleasant resort with delicious cuisine and a cool beach. There are many amenities inside the resort, many different restaurants and types of housing. The only drawbacks are that it is very far from Dubai itself, a lot of transport costs will have to be laid, or you will have to take free buses to one of the 3 TU in Dubai and from there on your own.

Pros: food, territory, swimming pools, birds and peacocks walk around the territory. There is a stable.
Cons: a bad beach, there is practically no sea (low tide and construction on the horizon), there is nothing to do in the evening, there is no animation, there is no playground, there is nowhere to go, after dinner it's creepy, you can walk along dark paths. There is a desert around, there is nowhere to go, there are no shops nearby, so everything can be bought only at the hotel bar (a glass of cola 450₽) and there are no other options.

First of all, I would like to say that all inclusive is very different from what we are used to seeing in Turkey.
The hotel is gorgeous. The food is delicious, the quality is simply beyond.
Of the obvious disadvantages (which are simple enough to fix and which do not affect the rest)- there is no bottled water at pools and beaches. Of course, you can go from the pool to the dining area, which is located inside the hotel and take water in the glass. but! In beach clothes, it is not very appropriate to do this in a Muslim country and with a huge number of covered guests. This caused discomfort.
The last charm. We wanted to have a beer at 22:00 local time - we went to the hall where it is quietly served by this time. To which the waiter tells us, "so go to the room and order there. Why do you have to sit? They will bring you a beer to your room in the same way you will drink there." OK, great))we ordered 4 bottles of 0.33 heiniken to the room. And after the eviction, they paid 5,000 for it.₽
If I had known that these 4 bottles of beer would cost me so much, I would have calmly drunk beer in the bar area downstairs.
But the hotel is gorgeous. Beautiful everywhere.
Every 5 minutes there are buggies to the hotel/beach/bars/other hotels.

A good hotel is quite new, so the whole "filling" of the room is very modern and technological. I liked the whole JA Resort complex in general - the number of pools, restaurants and the attitude of the staff in any part of the complex, regardless of which hotel you live in.
But for us personally, the Lake View Hotel itself is up to 5***** I didn't make it.
