Transfers between bank clients are instantaneous, which is convenient. However, when trying to send money to another bank, the system returned an unexpected error. Support responded in 2 hours, but the decision took another hour. Next time, I'll think about whether it's worth the risk.

We considered the application for a long time, 10 days. I was on edge all this time, but there was nowhere to go. As a result, the manager called me and said that everything was considered. The conditions were provided normally – I got a break in monthly payments for 3 months. Well, it didn't get any better at work, I found another one.
