I signed a deal through this agency to rent an apartment in the elite residential complex Esentai City. In addition to the rental payment, the contract also provided for a refundable deposit. We fulfilled all the terms of the contract, rented the apartment in the same condition as we rented it, day in, day out, even did a general cleaning. The owner of the apartment did not return the deposit. On the same day, I applied to this agency with a request for help, as they were arranging an apartment through the agency, their agent and their contract (according to which the deposit must be returned). Then the answer came from the agency: "yes, the owner of the apartment is 100% wrong, there are such people, we will try to influence him." A month has passed - silence. I applied again. No action. At the moment, more than two months have passed since this situation. Today I once again applied and received the following response from the director: "You've disappeared somewhere, we can't help you in any way." It turns out, according to the director's logic, when a client contacts an agency, makes a deal and is subsequently thrown, then these are the client's problems, not the agency's. And also to contact and remind about your problem 3 times is not enough, you had to stand at the door of the agency and beg them to do their job efficiently, then they will take up your problem. It looks like a very decent company, in fact, like everyone else, they received their commission and then let the client figure it out as he wants.
