It's just a nightmare SMS notifications do not come about the delivery of the parcel, the mail itself is constantly closed, when you call on the phone to find out when the mail will work, they give false information. Employees refuse to introduce themselves, giving only their first name. I would like to specifically write the full name of the employee so that the management can figure it out, but alas, the last name is not called. Please take action!
