There was a warranty incident and we sent it to the service for repair, but they refused us warranty repairs because it turned out that there was a password on the BIOS!! The laptop was purchased with the software already installed and no one even messed with the BIOS. We informed them that they could remove the password for repairs, which they refused to do. I do not recommend buying equipment in this store. Continuation of the story. A claim K-145 dated 01/27/2027 was sent, in response to which a refusal was also received with the wording "prove yourself" in the reply.
