To be honest, this park can only be given 4 out of 5. The park is certainly large, but it is as a water-related amusement park that it is extremely modest. I had to wait in line for about 25 minutes, the beginning of the slide is interesting, then some strange sluggish swimming along a large artificial stream. But it's extremely fun for kids. Fast food and Cafes are everywhere, although the price tags are not shameful, but we are in Dubai, and next to one of the most expensive hotels. What's cool is the beach, a lot of space and there is a place to sunbathe. You won't regret coming, but to be honest, it's better to choose another excursion for this money, for example, safari too.

It was May 22, 2022. Totally sucks.
There are a lot of people, it is difficult to find a free sunbed.
Crows fly around the sun beds and eat food from the tables.
Everywhere there are queues of 2 hours, a couple of slides for adults and all scary.
The stone floor is hot as a frying pan.
There are no normal pools at all.
The lazy river is very shallow, the floor is rough there, you can wear off the skin.
From all sides of the wall, you can exit only in some places.
Everything is expensive and everything is for an additional fee. We could have included at least storage rooms and water in the price, greedy people.
In 5 hours you will be able to ride 2-3 times at most and stand in queues the rest of the time.
Some slides are not allowed to ride in a cotton shirt, and they are also not allowed on the second lazy river.
Everywhere you need to walk far and it is not clear where, the map is drawn it is not clear how.
There are dead ends and labyrinths everywhere, there are no necessary pointers, there is no navigation.
They may turn on the music too loud.
This is not a rest, but a maze of torment.
But I strongly advise you to go to the Lost Chambers Aquarium.
What can be improved:
- Sell a limited number of tickets so that everyone is comfortable, there is enough space and there are no queues!
- Half of the park was closed, there was no information about it anywhere! Since it is closed, the price should be 2 times lower!
- Give out aqua socks right at the entrance to the water park, along with the issuance of a bracelet. It is better to lay rubber mats on a hot stone floor, since it is more pleasant to walk barefoot than in synthetic slippers.
- To allow adults and children to swim everywhere in cotton clothes, as it is insanity to forbid such a thing.
- Give free towels and water (for example, at the entrance) or put coolers in closed places where it is not hot.
- Remove the partitions (as at the airport) when climbing the hill and minimize the time intervals of people rolling down the mountain, for safety, move part of the staff from the lazy river to the slides to look at the bottom (I understood the queue just because of lack of staff and insufficient supervision of people).
By the way, these partitions were also made for a separate queue for people with more expensive tickets, so that they allegedly passed without a queue)) As a result, they are also standing in line, this is of course kapets :)
- to raise the water level in the lazy river and the main pool
- make a clear map with paths where you can walk, remove the reverse side of the map with the picture of the Atlantis hotel, why do you need it if you are not allowed there?

A well-publicized water park. In fact, for this not small money, we were able to ride only 2 slides. The queue for each slide is from 1 hour or more. In total, we spent 2.5 hours waiting. Of course it wasn't worth it. We were tired and spent the rest of the time swimming in a circle on a lazy river. This is probably the only plus of the water park. The deck chairs are occupied instantly, we didn't have time to grab them.
If you want to ride a roller coaster, buy VIP tickets (like 600 drx) and then the queues will become 100 times shorter and you will be provided with sun beds.

To say that this is a "complete disappointment" is to say nothing!
Minuses:
1. There are too FEW attractions. More than 1/3 of the park is occupied by the "lazy river". The rest of the attractions are in nearby towers. There are few of them, mostly extreme descents at an angle of almost 90 degrees.
2. Inadequately expensive. Four tickets (two adults and two children) cost us at the exchange rate in rubles: almost 40,000 rubles. With all other disadvantages, the price is unjustified.
3. HUGE queues on the slides (1.5 - 2 hours). Constantly something breaks. People wait for 40-45 minutes and leave. In fact, during the whole day we managed to ride 2 times on a lazy river, 1 time in a tunnel with sharks, and 1 time on a fast slide on a circle. That's such a pleasure for 40,000.
4. A lot of people, terribly uncomfortable. The park does not put SOLD OUT when selling tickets. It is impossible to find a free seat or a chaise longue. There are NOT ENOUGH staff, apparently there is a cost optimization policy. He, this staff is not as friendly as 10 years ago, now they dictate the rules and "do a favor" here.
5. Merchandising, ice cream and fast food at every turn. Everything is incredibly expensive. Sausage, nuggets, 2 chicken rolls, Coca Cola and juice cost almost 5 thousand rubles.
The bottom line:
There are not enough big and good water parks in Dubai. Huge queues prove it. The number of residents and the level of service are growing, but investors forget about such simple and popular things.
We have been to Disneyland and Universal parks in the USA more than once, and as they say - there is something to compare with. Unfortunately, no Dubai park has yet reached this level.
