The front door was installed by a "specialist" from this "company". The first thing that catches your eye is punctuality. I was an hour and a half late on the appointed day. After that, he said that he would not have time to do it until the evening, referred to the lack of available tools and suggested rescheduling it for tomorrow. The next day I arrived on time, and the dismantling was more or less tolerable. I installed a new door, I didn't spare the foam. But there were places that were not foamed. There were about 3-4 such places, and when pointing out all these shortcomings, I fixed them without any problems. There was a moment with the return spring of the handle, it turned out to be weak. He also agreed to unscrew the handle and try to fix it in front of me without any questions. When removing the decorative pads, I used a regular screwdriver, and as a result, I left scratches on two pads (they are black). It's a good thing you can't see them from below either. But the sediment remained. I did not stand over the soul of the "master", after leaving I decided to check which anchors were used. The anchors were conventional (not bolts), and the diameter of the cap is smaller than the diameter of the hole in the door box (photo attached). The "master" placed washers (namely washers, not washers), which still do not completely cover the hole. ANCHOR BOLTS must be used to install the door. This point should also be taken into account, given that the "master" came initially for a visual inspection, so to speak. I also decided to try to unscrew the anchors by hand with a screwdriver, and my surprise became even greater when out of 6 anchors I screwed ALL 6 to the stop. That's a hack. The big question remains how long the anchors are used. I didn't check it, but I think it's just as bad there. When working, the "master" used my screwdriver, which was not the cheapest (which cannot be said about his tool), which he later wanted to take with him. When I asked why he was putting my instrument in his bag, he immediately apologized and returned it. As a result, the door is installed, leveled, and most likely will stand and will not go anywhere, even taking into account all the technological violations (at least on the foam). But I think that with the top price tag, all the shoals that I listed above are unacceptable. The "Master" works without a contract. If it were possible to give a score of 0, I would do so.
