Complete lack of service… The worst service I've come across. The company failed to fulfill its obligations twice in a row. First order: At first they agreed to make urgent canvases for the wedding day, but then they refused, citing the work schedule. The second order: The next day we placed the order through the manager, sent all the photos. When we arrive, no one has heard about our order. There is a confirmation in the correspondence, but the staff on the spot denied everything. We contacted the director, promised to resolve the issue and call back. In the end, no phone call, no apologies. Complete disrespect for the client and his word. I don't recommend it.
