Having lived in Georgia for some time, I can say that if you open a restaurant of Georgian cuisine and "treat" guests (for their money) with dishes and drinks made according to the recipes of that country. It doesn't matter who you are, by nationality, and that you attend Zhuma Namaz, and you don't drink alcoholic beverages yourself. But, this is your business, which means you need to be a professional.. You should know that if guests order Chacha, then this drink should be at room temperature so that the client can fully enjoy both the aroma and the aftertaste... Even if this chacha is bought at a wholesale store or a Fircan, this also applies to wine and cognac..
And do not serve an iced drink in a decanter covered with ice.. This is a bad move.
