We had a family vacation at the hotel in mid-June. It took almost 2 hours to get from the airport. We checked in in 5 minutes, because we arrived after 23:00. The room is spacious, on the 2nd floor, three beds, one 2-bedroom and 1.5-bedroom, the closet is open, spacious. Everything worked in the bathroom, I lowered the rating of the hotel for air conditioning, because our air conditioner smelled damp when turned on and we didn't turn it on at night, and during the day with an open balcony only. It was June, we slept with an open balcony, while it was fresher at night, if we arrived later, it would have become a problem. There are no noisy clubs and bars in the area where the hotel is located, it was important for us, that's why we chose the hotel here. It was quiet on our floor, so I can't assess the audibility, but people from the first floor were swearing at noisy British people who make noise at night and it's impossible to sleep. But this is the case in almost all hotels, you can always hear everything through the doors. There are bars and clubs all along the embankment and the main street, and it can be very noisy at night. It's a quiet corner, just up from the main street. The place is very good, a free piece of beach, just across the street to the right, there are about 8-10 umbrellas, but the water in June was not too warm at 23 degrees and we did not stay long by the sea, so it did not matter to us whether we had a free umbrella or not. And so Marmaris is more for parties, if you want to relax on the beach, then either a hotel with its own beach, or you buy drinks from a cafe and they give you a sunbed. The beach is narrow, everything is occupied everywhere by sun beds. I consider the food in a 3* hotel to be normal, we were never hungry, but breakfast sometimes made us sad, there was very little choice, although we always found something to eat. Lunch and dinner are more fun, there was fish a couple of times, once it was trout. The bar is not bad, the two girls work perfectly from 10 to 23, they left tips every time. There is a cocktail bar menu, convenient. Ice cream for lunch and dinner is free, but they rarely took it, they ate too much before it, it didn't fit, but it was lemon for a couple of days, they couldn't resist)) Access to tea, coffee, juices and water is always open. A delicious meringue was served in a coffee break, as well as liver or a cupcake. I think the place is good, it takes about 50 minutes to get to the center and to Icmeler. We walked both ways. The minibus costs 40 liras per person. The lira to the ruble in June 2025 was 0:45. Dollar 38.5. Rubles can be exchanged at the exchanger, on the way towards the center of min 3. I think that the hotel deserves its 3 stars.

In general, never again in Marmaris, in general in the top three and in this hotel, but for this stardom in Turkey it could be worse + wi-fi, catches everywhere, towels are often changed, Russian-speaking reception , Then the advantages are over 0 the hotel needs renovation, in our room there was duct tape instead of ropes on the dryer (things just flew apart from the wind), and the terrace was fiercely flooded with condensation from the air conditioners and it was unsafe to walk there! At least they made uniforms for the staff and taught them the standards (I was shocked by literally cowards on discordant legs instead of shorts from the barmaid, it's just indecent) - fierce nonsense with one key (apparently they save money in the world), a fine of 10 euros for loss, probably everywhere, but for me it's a consumable - there are no towels for the pool - they gave us a disgusting room, small with only 2 sockets and 1 bedside table, we bought an adapter in migros and went with appliances, the safe in the room is paid, there is no kettle and glasses in the room, there is no possibility to find hot water in the hotel later than 23:00 - in terms of food, I think it's normal for three people, but in principle I don't taste good in budget hotels, I drank my own alcohol, but at the senile bar I had one drink in my hand, i.e. when my husband took one for himself and the other for me, they ran over him and said they wouldn't pour any more 😂 for 5 more We wanted to get a drink before the bar closed, but they ignored us and took it to the foreigners. After all, the bar was used by the staff after closing for their parties, well, tinny, I won't even make a discount for three, it's unprofessional About the city - there is a terribly dirty public beach with cigarette butts and garbage, we went swimming in Icmeler or took different yachts. The sea is cold here (I've been to almost all the cities on the coast, it's the most exciting, but there are great boat trips to the insanely beautiful coves). We bought one on the beach in the center of Marmaris, and from Valentina, but at the same time as a good tour, she sold us a parody of jipping, and this tour became the most terrible of all my 10 times in Turkey. In short, I won't repeat the experiment with the three again.

I was in such a great mood before checking into this hotel. According to the previous stories of the guys who rested there, there was a crazy expectation from the hotel (in terms of price/quality ratio). But the reality turned out to be somewhat more prosaic. The hotel is "tired" of the guests. We had to move to the upper floor due to the fact that at the moment of taking a shower from the neighbors above, water was pouring from the ceiling. And the other rooms also had problems. The food also leaves much to be desired, apparently the economic crisis has had a strong impact on the assortment. During the week, meat was seen 2 times, and even then, in very small quantities and without any variety at all. I really hope that the administration and the owners will correct these shortcomings and the hotel will delight its guests again.
