My experience with Will+Partners has been extremely disappointing. I ordered a design project from them, expecting a professional approach and timely completion of the work. However, after the payment, communication became difficult — their support started ignoring my messages, and I never received the finished product as agreed. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the situation, the company refused to acknowledge its responsibility and did not offer any compensation. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable for a company that positions itself as a leader in design and architecture. I strongly recommend that anyone who is considering working with them be extremely careful. If something goes wrong, you can just be ignored, as it happened to me.
