I visited the A1 communications salon at 104B Dzerzhinsky Ave. and was absolutely delighted with the service! I would especially like to mention the consultant of the HONOR brand and the customer service manager — the level of professionalism and attentiveness is simply beyond all praise. They helped quickly, clearly and very kindly, answered all questions, suggested optimal solutions and really tried to make the process as comfortable as possible. It is felt that specialists love their work and respect their clients. I definitely recommend this salon — excellent service and pleasant impressions!

It's stuffy, there are always a lot of people, there is an electronic queue, but this does not save, 2 managers out of 3 worked and very slowly, to solve the simplest question for 2 minutes you need to wait for everyone who changes tariffs, SIM cards, glues glasses on the phone, etc. for 20 minutes... And yes, my question is not solved by phone or via the app, only by visiting the office.

If it were possible to set -1000, I would be happy to do it. I've never seen such idiots in my life. I went in, asked the consultant if the device I needed was available, they said it was, I took the ticket and waited. I spent about an hour in total. Waiting in line to be told that the right device is not available is a victory.
