We had a rest from June 8 to 12 with a friend. The hotel does not pull in its five stars! The breakfasts are monotonous, we did not stay hungry, but this is not the level of such a hotel! Their toiletries include shampoo, gel and milk. There is no toothbrush or toothpaste. The robe was already given out when asked. Of the Russian-speaking staff, there is only one girl named Alice, and then she worked only until 15.00. In the pool, the walls are already peeling paint, towels are not given out at the spa, you need to take them with you. You can get to the historical part of the city only with a transfer by metro or taxi for 600 liras. In general, it is better to choose three stars, but in the historical center. A free return transfer was also not provided, as stated.
