However, they had to be received anyway at the central office at 86a Nukus Street, without avoiding queues (as, in fact, when applying). But everything is clear, according to the coupons of the electronic queue, without hassle. Bank employees are professional, correct, discreet and polite. Even the guards at the entrance are humanly attentive and sympathetic and ready to help. The room is small, there are only three windows, 2 of which work + one cash register, we sat in line and were pleased with the news that since yesterday non-residents have not been issued cards, but there is no information about this anywhere, you could indicate this when receiving a coupon or in an ad.
They said that you can order a card in the application, but in fact it's just an entry to the branch - it's unclear why this is done, if you still end up going to the bank's office and waiting in line first for registration, then for receipt. Plus, you can't order Visa Classic in the app, only Gold / Platinum with paid service. The application also leaves much to be desired, the registration form is extremely inconvenient, freezes periodically and everything has to be filled out first, on the third attempt it was only possible to sign up
