I came in with questions about glasses, 3 pieces, I wanted to know about the repair of these glasses, and some questions related to lenses and frames, and I was thinking about ordering darkened glasses. I first took out 1 pair of glasses for repair, explained what I needed, asked for an approximate price, to which I was told that they did not have the information, I had to ask the master and (as far as I understood correctly) I was immediately told that "I will not go to give your one frame" or something like that. I started asking how it could be done, when, because if what I need to do is expensive or takes a long time, then I won't give away the points. To which she replied, "I need to take this to the master, he's watching there, then I should call you or what, take it back if you don't want to, so what??". Of course, I understand everything, but how can I give away the points without understanding either the approximate working time, or even the price?? It was also suggested that I go to the master myself. I felt like I was getting information or demanding to get something for free. Do I know the subtleties of your optics, that you don't have a master, who carries what to whom, what orders they pick up? After that, I realized that I no longer wanted to order glasses or consultations here, and I started getting ready to leave. After that, they already decided to estimate the price, they said, "well, 10 rubles somewhere, there's still + work, etc." In general, I was absolutely disappointed with the approach, the lack of adequate information on repairs and communication with visitors. One star for the frames, I managed to take a look, there are cute modern options.
