It was very interesting and informative, although a good knowledge of English is required and it makes no sense to visit without a personal guide.

A museum dedicated to the future and promising areas of its development. It consists of four floors, each of which is dedicated to a separate topic (space, medicine, technology, science). It arouses interest, but not delight.

The building is beautiful, but if you compare it with EKPO2020, then of course it's like that, there are always a lot of people, I've been to the museums three times, I have to buy tickets in advance, I can't buy online, without a card, but in general it's cool for those who came from Russia, but there are many other cooler places in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, but once you can and should go😊

It makes sense to visit this museum only with a discounted ticket, but as we understood, it is almost impossible to purchase it, organized groups (excursions from tour companies) buy everything. And if you do not spare the money, you will see the future through the eyes of a resident of the Middle East). The atmosphere is pleasant and calm.

I sent children 12,12,17 years old - very disappointed. Unfortunately, we did not have time to buy tickets online in a month, we also had to overpay…
I agree with the negative comments and advice not to go to this museum.
There is a magnificent building outside, even more interesting in the lobby, a robot dog, a flying fish, etc.

For two. Something incredible and modern was expected, as a result, several rooms with screens and a couple of cars on the lower floors. The story itself is interesting, but the implementation failed. I am glad that the ticket is not expensive

The museum is cool, a robot dog walks in the lobby on the 1st floor, a robot fish swims under the ceiling. Tickets must be purchased online in advance. Visit with a guide in a group, all in English. First they show a show about space and about the future, then you go everywhere yourself. Especially good for teenagers who have just started studying physics and chemistry.

There are a lot of visitors, outside and inside you can go take a photo. Many did so. We didn't like it (the dog/dolphin robot and so on were not impressed). Everything is in English, if you do not know the language, there is no point in visiting this museum at all. I think the price of tickets is too high, photos are taken on the very top floor and you can print them out, but the quality is not very good.

The building is beautiful from the outside. That is all. There's nothing else to do there!!! There is a huge queue at the entrance (very straight about the past for people and the USSR), if you bought a ticket for a certain time, then add 45 minutes to this time before you enter. You can have fun in this process with not the most delicious snack in a cafe or look at a flying ball with a motor, which 12 years ago could already be bought in the children's world. Next, you enter the cargo elevator, which is called a "spaceship" and watch the "takeoff" into space (video on the screen). Remember that this is an elevator? So there's still a crowd of people in it, and you can't get out if you suddenly don't like it. Then you go out and see an "orbital station" (some kind of plastic garbage), which they will enthusiastically tell you about as the supertechnology of the future (well, very boring). Well, and then you go down on foot from the 7th floor, going to different floors, where there is also nothing interesting, mostly screens and some projections from a cartoon about growing trees (the Avatar is more interesting). The most modern thing in this museum is the toilet. You can visit it for free at the bottom. I do not recommend it to adults! Children about 8 years old will be fine.

The Dubai Museum of the Future, widely advertised by local guides, where, as they say, you get 50 years ahead in 2072, disappointed. Yes, the appearance of the building itself impresses with the originality of the solution and execution. A kind of deformed bagel, it's beautiful, what's there. Further, since they mentioned 2072, I will stick to the approximate dates of what I saw.
Entering the reception hall, we find ourselves in the office of the film "Men in Black" (1997) - capsule elevators, light marble and glass. A ball-cow with a motor is dangling above the ceiling. About 10 years ago, these began to be sold on Chinese websites.
The tour starts from the top. Going up to the last floor, we get to the Moscow Planetarium in 1972 (my first visit to the Planetarium). Layouts of planets, orbits, spaceships of different colors, etc. Unless in 1972 ordinary light bulbs were illuminated, and now LEDs. We go down below. Dubai of the future on the screen looks very much like the scenery of the movie "Avatar" (2009) Jungle, vines, fluttering moths and ... everything! The hand did not rise to photograph it.
Below there is a hall with illuminated jars-flasks, in which a huge number of animals and plants are cut out with a laser (do you remember souvenirs of the 80s-90s?).
Even lower, finally, a bright hall, almost empty. A pair of electric cars with self-driving function (without steering wheel). Which looks more like an advertisement for manufacturers, sponsors of the museum.
Almost completely duplicated MY review from another resource.

Booked in advance, 2 months in advance. Very beautiful inside and out!!! Only a minus for the food, it's disgusting and expensive there! We didn't have time to eat, it's impossible to cross the road to restaurants around. I had to take what they sell. And you can pour water from the tap. A silver dolphin was floating around 🐬 There was no robot dog anywhere, and we wanted it so much ((all projects and floors are good, my husband and child of 10 years liked it! Especially everything connected with space.
A little unclear was the room where they look at the ceiling. And there's another one where the hum is strong, I thought my head would ache later, but surprisingly this did not happen.
The human robot did not work and did not say anything👎 There they also saw a robot dog, also did nothing☹️ I was pleased with the robot vacuum cleaner like at home🤣
The playground is gorgeous on the street, photo fire 🔥🔥🔥

Judging by the engineering communications, this is a museum of the past ... and if you look closely at the little things, there are shabby areas of decoration. Rather, it's more of an Instagram story, suitable for checking out against the background of a shiny flattened bagel😁

I was very unpleasantly surprised after visiting the museum. Fortunately, we got tickets for free and, in general, the visit turned out to be random, we did not specifically allocate time for this.
I'll tell you a piece)
Let's start with the fact that there are no audio guides in their native language, as in many museums in the UAE, which already refutes its name, because it's not about the future.
Wild queues, as in the Soviet Union. If you sell tickets on time, arrange everything so that people don't have to crowd for an hour at the entrance.
We enter the elevator, which is made inside in the form of a rocket. An employee of the museum is standing there and tells young children that get ready, now we will go on an amazing journey into space, be sure to buckle up and hold on, in no case do not stand in the center, presses the button does so "uuuuuuu" and we hear the sounds of a rocket launch, and in the simulated window a screen on which included a flight into space-stars, planets, satellites, supposedly weightlessness (all in pixels, very low quality), I remind you we are also just standing😂😂😂Well, we flew like to the station, got out, let's go. We approach the device, they begin to tell us that we are facing future innovations (I think now they will tell us something interesting about space, or at least I will put on some kind of VR helmet and explore something). You need to choose who you want to be-a captain, an assistant or a researcher, you press the button, this device takes a picture of you and your face just appears in the body of the one you chose on the screen and that's it🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤣🤣🤣 Uhm...Are you serious???😂😂😂😂
This is just a piece, but the whole museum is in this format, I felt like a mentally retarded person, honestly, it was very unpleasant to be there and listen to them, as if I were 3 years old and look at such nonsense. Those who paid money for it generally spat.
When people hear the "Museum of the Future", they expect to see or at least hear about some innovative developments, something that the world has not yet seen. They made an unrealistically cool advertisement for him (they promise to plunge us into the year 2071😂), built a very beautiful, interesting building, with a cool view (you can go to the observation deck there), but nothing worthwhile except boston dynamics robots, with whom you can chat and a couple of cool cars, there was nothing interesting there, but what this is the future, when they were introduced 5 years ago, if not more.
By the way, parking, which could not be paid with a card, only cash, finished us off for the finale. I immediately had a question, but was it exactly a museum of the future, or maybe still a museum of the past🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
Maybe I certainly don't understand something...

Be sure to visit Dubai, buy tickets on the website in advance, as the next 2 weeks will always be sold out. Tickets are attached to a specific time, but in fact if you are a little late, they will not tell you anything. The museum recommends planning that the tour will take about 2 hours, and so it goes. Try to find time and take your time, the museum is worth it. There are some rooms where you just want to lie down for 10 minutes and meditate, there are hi-tech halls where there is a lot of interactivity. Be sure to go to the observation deck of the "bagel" at the end and take an iconic photo. You can and should take pictures inside. The photos from the museum are beautiful. It will be interesting for young children, teenagers and adults.

An interesting museum. During the tourist period, you need to buy tickets at least a week before the visit. Otherwise, you may not get tickets. You can buy it on their website on the Internet. I liked only one room with test tubes and a flying dolphin near the cash register
