A lovely hotel in a very peaceful (compared to the neighboring Marina) area of JLT. We were given a gorgeous room with panoramic views from every room and bathroom to the lake and skyscrapers. Excellent, very helpful staff, delicious and varied food. Set-menu dinner in the sports bar with live music, buffet breakfast. They take you from the hotel to the beach on Palm Jumeirah - a rarity for Dubai hotels. In general, everything went great, we'll come back again. Special thanks to Helen and Zipporah from the reception!

We arrived at the hotel, there are no Russian speakers at the reception, but there are tablets with a translator on which we can safely communicate. When we checked in, they said they would give us a room with a better view (of the canal)since ours are not available. They gave me a room on the 4th floor , it looked good , but there was something with air conditioning and there was a bathroom , plus there was a bar from below and music could be heard . We went to the receptionist to change the number. They said there were no numbers , they would be there tomorrow , and asked to look again . The receptionist went to meet us and gave us a room on the 6th floor, comfortably higher. Thanks a lot to the admin behind the counter: Parvinder is a good guy. The breakfasts are bad : the same thing every day , the variety is poor , an urban - type hotel , don 't expect something Wow from it , it 's simple .
