They don't work well. They accept incomprehensible prescriptions. There is a feeling that people who came from one district of our Republic work there. They do not care about the salary level of the support staff of universities and institutes. Although a candidate with higher education is required for the position of a laboratory assistant. The entire laboratory base needs to be updated, funds are not allocated. Just promises and paperwork. We are ready to sell and lease all the territories of universities and institutes , up to the educational premises themselves with their laboratories . Dear ones, you also studied somewhere. Help universities to rise to a decent level. The Republic needs personnel with knowledge and skills to implement them.
