I visited this Ferris wheel in 2022 during the EXPO. It doesn't seem to be working right now, and it's very sad. I would definitely advise you to take a ride, the views are amazing and the time to go full circle is huge, you can explore the whole city and relax. The cabins are large and spacious, 8 people can safely disperse.

Unfortunately, the wheel itself didn't work when I was there. I still didn't understand if it didn't work at all or if I was out of season. But the walking area is very beautiful, with lots of restaurants, just a walk in the evening is a great place. There is a beach nearby where you can swim under the Ferris wheel lighting.
