I liked everything! Spacious clean room on the 38th floor, the view of the metropolis is amazing, especially in the evening when the city is on fire! Of course, it is desirable to have a tip for more "attentive room service". A couple of minuses: there were no declared bathrobes in the room and there were not enough towels, but they are not essential. The breakfast at the hotel is varied - buffet! There is an outdoor swimming pool! Free transport to the sea is organized according to the schedule, the sea is warm as fresh milk, and if you decide to stay at the sea, I do not advise walking back) only by taxi. The hotel is located next to the metro station, relatively close (within transport accessibility) to famous attractions such as musical fountains - a gorgeous sight, the tallest building in the world - the Burj Khalifa skyscraper. You can also get to palm island by yourself and take a ride on a single-rail train. I recommend the hotel!

You can pass by. All that is here is just the service. The service is excellent, but my personal opinion is that more than one service decides in business.
The bedroom and living room are good, they seem even better in the photo because of Photoshop. But the bathroom just killed me. It's not comfortable. Also, drawers do not open in the tables, for obvious reasons. Renovation has not been carried out here for a long time.
The staff tries and helps. If you want to make sure that the staff does not serve you, they do not give you...
Overall, I'm happy that I can feel comfortable doing nothing, but I can't live like this. I'm used to doing everything myself. Moreover, this is included in the price.
The guides downstairs offer very profitable tours.

I really liked it.
Large apartment, we didn't even expect)) nice pool, excellent coffee for breakfast, which is rare in Dubai, very clean, towels and cleaning every day, metro and bus stop 3 minutes from the hotel, 5 minutes by metro to the Marina and Mall of the Emirates, you can also get to Kite Beach in 15-20 minutes by bus. There is a subway across the street, transfer to the beach. You can't get to the sea on foot (40 minutes to loop).There is a supermarket nearby, two shops with a drunk in 15 minutes walk. Six stops to Burj Khalifa, five to La Perla, seven to the Museum of the Future. Nice pool on the 8th floor, outdoors with city views.

I really liked the hotel👍 we took a room on the 32nd floor with a view of the city and the bay. Living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, ironing room. There is one large bed in one bedroom. The second one has 2 beds. 3 TVs, refrigerator, microwave, iron, hair dryers. We cleaned the room and changed everything every day. The breakfasts are varied and delicious. Fitness, spa, saunas. Pool miracle🫶🫶🫶 on the 8th floor with panoramic views. To the city beach on foot 15-20 minutes, but it is beautiful🤗🤗🤗 there was a transfer to the hotel beach, but we have never been there. The metro station is next to the hotel. The liquor store is a 10-minute walk away. Everything is great. 🙏

A good location for exploring the city. The entrance to the subway is right at the hotel. The grand room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is very large, the kitchen is large, but stupid, there are almost no dishes, you can only cook in the microwave, but there is a small shop nearby where you can buy ready-made food or 2 stops from the hotel there is a large shopping center where you can shop for a few days. I really liked the hotel. We stayed in an apartment. 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, balcony. They cleaned every day. We took breakfast. The range of dishes is large, we were not hungry. The staff is helpful. Upon request, toothbrushes, slippers, and additional dishes were brought. The hotel has 2 swimming pools (one for children with warm water). The hotel is located near the metro, which is also very convenient to get to any point of the city quickly.We really liked it.

We liked the hotel, we took a 2-room Premium Suite with a view of the city, at night a very beautiful view from the balcony. Cleaning every day, the room has everything: slippers,bathrobe ,iron, a small kitchen, but without a stove with a microwave and refrigerator, there are dishes,a kettle. The breakfasts are excellent, the choice is good . There is an inexpensive supermarket nearby, Sufouh Beach with white sand is a 20-minute walk away. Right next to the subway . The hotel is very large, there are 6 elevators in each wing, but sometimes you have to wait for 3 minutes. On the roof there is a small swimming pool with a view of the city and a Jacuzzi for children, on Saturdays there are grill parties. There is a children's room and playground, a gym. Burj Khalifa is 10 minutes away by taxi. In general, the hotel " came in " to us. We will definitely return to it .

I stayed at this hotel on the 20th of September for 5 days. At first glance, the hotel seemed good, but during the stay I identified a sufficient number of nuances, based on which I put 3 stars.
First, about the advantages:
- I liked the variety of services that are offered inside (shops, cafes, swimming pool, spa, sports, etc.)
- In the area around the hotel, I was also pleased with the presence of shops and cafes
- Convenient transport accessibility
- Beautiful view from the room
- Friendly staff
Now about the cons:
- It takes a very long time to wait for the elevator, and regardless of the time of day and floor. It is impossible to leave breakfast within 10-15 minutes. It took about the same amount of time to get up to the room at 2 a.m.
- No information was given upon arrival (as a rule, upon check-in, breakfast time is reported, where and what services are located in the hotel, etc.). They didn't even explain how to find the room (where the elevator is, which floor to go to)
- There were broken glasses waiting for me in the room, which is a violation of safety rules. The lid on the water bottle was also broken in such a way that it was impossible to open it
- The TV remote did not work
- In the morning, as in Soviet-built houses, you need to wait for hot water, and for 5-7 minutes
- There is a very strange "glass curtain" technology in the bathroom. It covers exactly half of the opening, and there is also a large gap on the side where it is attached. After taking a shower with this technology, the entire floor is in water
- After cleaning, old towels were taken away twice, without leaving new ones
- I'm not sure that 4 * hotels should necessarily have a bathrobe and slippers, actually there were none. But there was also no toothbrush, toothpaste, shoe sponge and other disposable supplies. There was only a laundry bag in the closet
And the most important disadvantage that I noted is the operation of the air conditioner. The bullet control was initially broken, the adjustment was unavailable. I moved into the room, with the mode set to 18° of powerful airflow in the air conditioner mode. It was terribly cold and humid. It was so wet that the floor did not dry out, it was in a wet layer after washing. Calling the master, I only managed to get him to show me how to turn off the air conditioner or leave it in the same mode. If the air conditioner on the remote is turned off, it still works. I tried to open the balcony to keep warm or at least reduce the humidity level, but the balcony does not open without a special key. If you wash your swimsuit in the evening, then by morning it will be wet. The bathroom floor, which is flooded thanks to the strange mechanism described earlier, is also covered in water after a night.
I think that a number of rooms require improvement and repair of breakdowns. It is also worth repairing the bathroom and kitchen in order to 1-correct the nuances, as well as 2- so that they match the style of the entire room. And also the staff should be more attentive to the details of the guests' stay.

The location is excellent, the metro is 2 minutes away, and you can get a lot of places by metro without using a taxi.
The rooms are large, two-room, balcony. The view from the balcony is simply gorgeous, you can ask the reception for a higher room to admire Dubai at night every evening.

I really liked the hotel. The room was very pleasantly surprised and pleased at the very first sight. Big, cozy, you can safely live with four people and even retire. The kitchen was equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator. There are plates up to a certain floor and for other money. The cutlery was for two.
I asked the janitor for a bathrobe.
The breakfasts are normal, they don't change. But I didn't get tired of the big choice for 4 in the morning. There is always a queue for coffee and an omelet. And after 10.00 there is a wild queue to get to sleepy's breakfast. I did not observe queues at 9.00 and 8.00.
On the 38th floor there is a beautiful view of the city lights. Although I took a room of the city view category, I asked for a sea view. There was a beautiful view of the wheel and a piece of the sea .
The pool is great warm. But the sun is in it only until 11.00. there is also a hot pool for adults and a pool for children.
22 minutes from the hotel is not equipped beach , clean with lifeguards, but without toilets.
The hotel also takes you to the equipped beach at 9.00, 10.00 and 11.00, about 25-30 minutes on the road. And picks up exactly 3 hours after leaving the hotel. There seems to be coffee and toilets somewhere. But there were waves there, and for some reason they were not on the wild beach. The water in winter is invigorating at 20 degrees and it's good if it's 30 outside, and if a cold wind blows on 24-26, then you need to be a walrus).
There is a minimarket in our hotel and in a nearby one, too, where you can take something to eat heated.
On the way to the parade there is a supermarket and an Uzbek cafe Zira. They said it was cheap and delicious.
Everyone praises the Royal dining restaurant. Honestly, I still didn't understand where he was, but there is a supermarket right at this place and I took cheap fruits and raspberries.
The tourist fee for a room on 38 without a sea view costs 60 dirhams. Paid at check-out. The exchange at the hotel is not profitable. What he is in supermarkets, I did not understand. She gave them $100, and I got change in dirhams. I never reached the exchanger. The exchange office in the subway was always closed.
I went to lunch at our hotel for 120 dirhams. I'm full. If according to the description, then they just added different meats and some seafood to breakfast.

There is a swimming pool on the 8th floor. The breakfasts are excellent. Cleanliness, cleaning without complaints. The location is fabulous: you get out and right in front of you is the entrance to the subway, and on the right around the corner is a bus stop. They took breakfast, delicious, I advise you to try coffee with milk in the vending machine, this is their Arabic drink with spices. The only negative for us was the pain in the head from the elevator, but this is a problem for all high-rise buildings. Near the metro, grocery store, cafes. Nice apartment hotel, solid 4+. The rooms have a kitchen and a washing machine. Breakfast is poor, there are a lot of people. They were not on the 30th floor+. Of the minuses, as written below: separately ask for an iron, separately ask to open balconies, sometimes the jambs were with towels. In general, for a 3-room apartment with a kitchen, on 100 sq. m. Everything is fine! P.S. If your purpose of travel is to do everything, then the location of the hotel is 1 minute from the metro.
If you want a beach and a pool, then it's on a palm tree, there's a mini pool, and the sun is on it until 12 o'clock, the hotel is dry.

Nice hotel! We lived on the 29th floor in an apartment. It is a pity that there is no stove, only a microwave, kettle and refrigerator.
The breakfasts are standard - anyone can choose according to their taste! Very tasty juices.
