I am writing a review specifically for the bank, not for one branch.I am a citizen of the Russian Federation and have been using the "pay" application from Belinvestbank for several years. Recently, I needed to use these applications again, I uploaded a considerable amount of money there, I go in the next day and see that the application does not allow me to enter because I am not a resident of the Republic of Belarus ... so your application should not have accepted my money. In general, I had to make a power of attorney in the Russian Federation at random (because when I asked the bank to send an EXAMPLE of a power of attorney that they would accept, the bank replied that it was confidential, let me remind you that I just asked for a template), send it to a friend in Belarus so that they would close my account and refund the money. It's also funny that I couldn't specify the account number to close it, because the bank wouldn't give me the information and said I had to come in person.In general, it's a complete mess and I don't advise you to contact this bank!
