We are frequent guests of this cafe. Salads, ginger tea, coffee, pastries. I usually like everything. But today, waiter Meyerimzhan made an impression. Very polite, smiling. Very quickly and professionally serviced. I am glad that the coffee chain focuses on the quality of service.

Surprisingly, I liked everything. We ordered ramen with dumplings, manti, dumplings, chicken soup, dessert. Everything is delicious. There is a Wi-Fi inside. The staff was very helpful. Almost all teas are made with syrup (this is bad). Add ginger tea, lemon honey, and salt for the winter.

The service is simply non-existent, there is no communication between the staff from the word "at all", they repeat the same thing. There were no "new items" in the menu, so why insert these items into the menu? The food was more or less, but the chicken cutlets did not match the photos from the menu, they brought half the portion, sent it back, and redid it. The meat from the kharcho was not chewable. Two stars solely because of the chebureks and lentil soup, which somehow saved the situation.
