I like the service very much, thanks for Hymer, Arjun, Yesu, Ali. Cleaning is so good. Receptionists also work good, everything I’ve asked were done immediately. Breakfast is a little bit different every day, u will never be hungry. So my mark is 5.

The hotel is nice-clean, tidy. Our colleagues are polite and friendly. We took it with breakfast and dinner (dinner can be changed to lunch). There is not much choice in nutrition, but you can eat normally. The nearest beach is La mer (modest) in 20-25 minutes walking distance, to others-steeper ones - JBR, Kite beach by bus or taxi. Max metro station is a 40-minute walk away (or by taxi or bus) Blue Water, Eye of Dubai, Bursh Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Palm View, Old town-all this can be visited by yourself without guides and excursions. It is much cheaper by metro and bus than by taxi and guided tours. Alcohol is only available in rare specials. in stores (MMi,-tolerable for the price), or in some cafes and restaurants (very expensive). Everything is clean and tidy everywhere, and the traffic lights are long. Many Indians and Malaysians (work here)In the evening, you can safely walk along the streets, there are many different shops and cafes.

A wonderful hotel located in a good area. We only took the breakfasts, everything is very tasty, everything suits us. One of the vending machines makes grain coffee.
If you take this hotel for a beach holiday, then you need to be prepared for the fact that you will have to walk a lot. Because the transfer to the beach goes only once at 11 o'clock in the afternoon. It takes about 40 minutes to walk to the beach, and it takes a little less time to get back.
There is a good Nesto supermarket not far from the hotel, if you go left. There are reasonable prices, there is ready-made food and they also sell Dubai chocolate at a cost of 27.99 dirhams. There is also a Spinneys supermarket on the way from the beach, which is more expensive, but there is a lot of ready-made food and there are its own pastries. There is also an alcohol store in the same building at the back.
We got a room with a view of the road and skyscrapers. Because the three of us were given a free 3rd bed. They always put 3 towels, and 4 bags of tea, coffee and powdered milk, as well as 4 pieces of water in glass bottles.
On the downside, it is not very convenient to get to the sights and interesting places. The nearest metro station is a 40-minute walk away, the station is called MAX. There are problems with buying travel cards using Russian Union pay cards, so I had to buy the cards at the metro station next to the Museum of the Future. It is more convenient to get to all interesting places by bus, all stops are within walking distance.
In general, I liked the hotel, the location is good, the beach is clean and the water on it is azure. Interesting fish swim. And the view from the panoramic windows of the beautiful mosque in the lobby of the hotel is a fairy tale. 🤩

A good budget option in Dubai. Clean, large rooms, well cleaned. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, 2 tea bags daily, gel, shampoo of good quality. 2 towels, no hand towels. 2 bottles of water daily.
The windows in the room overlook the inner lobby of the hotel.
The breakfasts are excellent, varied, omelets are prepared on request. Lunch or dinner is very meager- chicken and rice/ pasta, cucumber and tomatoes chopped, water.
It is a 20-minute walk to the metro, 20 minutes to the beach or a bus stop near the hotel. La Mer beach is equipped and clean, the sea is clean, there are no sun beds.
There is a supermarket nearby (to the left of the exit, 4 minutes on foot) prices are reasonable.

A wonderful hotel! Clean, tasty, varied breakfasts, courteous staff, location is beyond praise. There is a bus stop nearby to anywhere in Dubai. The beach is within walking distance. Who likes to walk, 20 minutes of walking and you are on La mer. There are 5 bars (clubs) near the hotel, I recommend Xanadu! As well as the brand for less store and the Kuku hookah bar with a large selection and not expensive!

We spent a week at this hotel. I'll write down a few pros and cons. The location of the hotel is great for walking, cafes and lots of shops. But! The most important thing is about the beach!!! It's really a long way to walk in the heat of the ppts! Everything would be fine, but the beach is not the same as it used to be. He is already far from the best, because he is not a worker. Partially there is a paid piece with umbrellas. As it is, he is not actually a worker. Apparently it was sold to the other owner and in the future there will be a beach club. It's stomping in the heat right now and there's no grooming there. The water smells like fish and is brown in color. We were lucky with clean water for a couple of days, then we took a taxi to other beaches. I don't recommend riding it at all. Waste your time and money. The hotel is not bad, but they constantly asked to change and do the cleaning. I do everything superficially . Food for children is not ice! Breakfast is better and that's it! There are plenty of cafes where you can eat. The pool was clean, but it was quiet while they were on duty. Then there's a bunch of people sitting there with children in their clothes. It's not particularly pleasant to swim with them. And the subway is far away! The only thing that didn't spoil the vacation was that we went to clean beaches ourselves and took a taxi. The shuttle takes you once and there is no return. It's very hot to go to the beach 2 times. There are more disadvantages. One of the disadvantages that prevent the hotel from getting more stars is the lack of hygiene supplies, slippers, one large towel per person and one common for the feet, one roll of oddly smelling toilet paper.

European chargers are not suitable and send everyone to the supermarket for an adapter. They asked for a thermometer, go to the supermarket too. And the most unpleasant room service on the 4th day of rest put glass glasses in our bathroom, one of which turned out to be cracked. I liked everything for the level of three, excellent service and very responsive staff, new rooms, everything is modern, normal location, if desired, you can walk to Lamer beach, but there is a bus stop nearby, and the bus goes along the beach strip, you can go to any beach! We were vacationing together - husband and wife, early October 2024.
The hotel is pleasant, the breakfasts, lunches and dinners are excellent!
The room is spacious, even economy. Water, tea, coffee, sugar were provided every day. Towels were changed on time .
Everything is on the video.
There are bus stops nearby. You can get anywhere in Dubai. The beach is wonderful.
Everything is just great for a 3* hotel!
We highly recommend this hotel, you will not regret it. Price and quality match.

We had a rest at the end of February. The hotel is not bad. We took breakfast and dinner (dinner can be changed for lunch) And cooked delicious, varied meals. For 8 days, the food was not repeated.
The room was not cleaned so well, the floors were always in sand, only towels were changed. The floors were not washed or vacuumed. The biggest disappointment was that we were moved into a room with Windows, but they overlook the inner view of the hotel, the dining room. Ie, you can say there are no windows, the room is very dark because of this and the feeling that you live in a cave. We were refused to change the room because there were no places (as they said). There was nowhere to dry the laundry, nothing was drying. They don't have a laundry room.
The hotel itself is very conveniently located, it was a 20-minute walk to La Mer beach. The Museum of the Future is about an hour away. There is a supermarket nearby, where everything is available. A large selection of fruits, you can take the slicing. There are many cafes nearby, you will not stay hungry.
But I think we won't come back here again, I recommend immediately checking the windows where they go out. Maybe these rooms will be more comfortable.

I took a sightseeing tour of Dubai, 500 dirhams per person, with a lift to Burjhalifa, guide Veronica - 0, disappointed, we did not even go to the sail. To have dinner next to each other in cafes, modestly for 3 250 dirhams. I bought booze in the Spinnes market, the entrance on the other side, a nondescript door, I took Indian vodka 30 dirhams for 1 kg. There were no questions about the service, I asked for an iron, they brought it with an ironing board. I lost my TLF in a taxi and they helped me get it back.
