Nice plov, but not the best. Difference they are serving it in huge plate. And you will have a seperate room. Usually very crowded. You need to call and reserve room. Room is minimum for 6-7 person

Nice place to try out the national cuisine plov really delicious. Has separate rooms with a range of 5 and more people
The only big minus though is that the service is not up to a high standard and the wait can be really long

Excellent pilaf. One of the best in Tashkent. A food outlet in the form of a cafe or teahouse. A cozy atmosphere. Friendly waiters. Convenient location. Sometimes there are parking problems.

We called in advance and booked a booth.
We arrived, they said there were no seats, but we can wait in the common room.
Apparently, it's "without tea and drinks at least"... no one even asked.
We sat at an empty table for 20-30 minutes.
Then they came up to us and said that booth over there was free and showed us where to go, well, it seemed strange to me)
We got there, went in, and were shocked by the smell and the unmade table and the mess in the booth.… Gooooo of used dishes)
I say we need to clean the room, then invite the guests. They said don't sit down, they'll clean everything up now..) in front of us, in a smelly room, apparently they meant) in general, like in any collective farm teahouse, there is no service…
And what about the pilaf?) the pilaf is just gorgeous, people said, but we never tasted it, because we lost our appetite from all this horror) and we went off into the sunset)

The second time, there was even a bill at the checkout with canceled food. Half of the staff wanted to demand money from us for a cancelled dish that we hadn't ordered. I ordered pilaf with me on May 18, 2024. So in the end, I found a large piece of glass in the rice. They don't even peel the rice.... With the increase in customers, their quality has dropped significantly. Pilaf tastes also not the same as half a year ago, for such a price it is better to have a regular festive pilaf, which is 2 times cheaper.
