Instead of the original cocktail, a drink was served, in which the base of the "Dewdrop" was clearly felt with the addition of a flavor imitating the taste of lime and mint. This approach misleads consumers and does not correspond to the stated name. The situation related to the hygiene of serving the drink seemed particularly unpleasant. The employee pre-drank from a bottle with a neck, and then poured the contents into my glass. Such behavior is unacceptable and violates basic sanitary standards. I ask you to check on this incident, provide an official explanation, and take measures to prevent similar cases in the future.
