Rudeness!!! The receptionist was asked to order a taxi.we were told that "order by yourself..." A room with breakfast was booked. Check-out was early and breakfast had to be replaced with a lunch box (i.e. breakfast with yourself). We didn't get anything...

The hotel has beautiful comfortable beds, very comfortable,

The hotel is close to the metro, it is easy and fast to get to the center. Near the bus station, where the bus arrives from the new airport. The room was clean, cleaning and refilling the bar every day. The inconvenient working hours of the pool are from 8.00-18.00. But the attitude of the administrator was negatively impressed. We don't speak English, we couldn't get a taxi to the airport. They don't say hello in the morning. The attitude towards Russians is negative, to put it mildly

The hotel is 3+, the room is not bad, but current repairs are required - a healthy crack in the window glass, a broken mirror in the bathroom. The bed is good. The reception staff is friendly. The breakfasts are so-so, monotonous. There is no porridge, little sausage, no pancakes and pastries, but a lot of olives and cheese. From the metro 5 minutes on foot, by metro 10 minutes to the center. The hotel is close to the new Istanbul airport (30min) by public transport, but from Sabiha Gecken airport, where all low-cost airlines arrive, it is very (!) far away - by public transport 3.0 - 3.5 hours and this is on weekends when there are no traffic jams.
