Cleaning takes place behind the glass, you can watch how the fish is cleaned. Cleaning shops are located at the beginning and at the end of the market. And in the middle, in the far row, there is a cooking workshop. After cleaning, we go there and order the preparation. It can be fried or grilled. You can also order a side dish, salad, sauce. The payment for cooking depends on the quantity of the product and the cooking method. The prices are reasonable. You can also monitor readiness on the screen. While the fish is being cleaned and cooked, you can go to the nearby market and buy fruits and vegetables.
