An amazing hotel! We had a rest in it with my husband a week before the new year, we were absolutely delighted! The service is excellent, the staff is competent, polite, knowledgeable (they spoke English). We met, checked in before lunch, lifted our suitcases to the room, always greeted and saw them off with a smile and fulfilled any requests. There weren't many people, so special attention was paid to each guest. The room was huge and clean, and there was even a workplace in it. A large comfortable bed, linen (changed every day), a sofa, a spacious bathroom with all accessories, an ironing board, an iron, a hair dryer, a TV, lots of outlets, a mini fridge (snacks for an additional fee), water (1 liter per day per person), coffee, tea for free A restaurant is a separate kind of art! There was a buffet for breakfast, a huge selection and variety, you definitely won't stay hungry. Lunch was prepared according to the menu to choose from: one soup, second course, salad and dessert, and try not to try something. Huge portions, everything is as delicious and satisfying as possible! We asked a couple of times to put what we hadn't finished in a container, so we had dinner)) There was a rooftop pool with sun beds, a Jacuzzi (in the common area), as well as a sauna and a hammam (separate for women and men) The hotel is located next to Dubai's second largest shopping mall (although it was difficult to deal with coming to it for the first time due to highway repairs) Metro and bus stops are a 7-10 minute walk away. A minibus went to and from the sea once a day (it was necessary to make an appointment at the reception the day before). It's about a 25-minute drive to the beach, and the beach itself is just wow! Equipped, well maintained, even Wi-Fi is available The hotel also provided a free shuttle service to the Dubai Mall. My impressions of staying at this hotel are extremely positive, and I would love to stay there again!

Everything is a wonderful hotel, everything is very comfortable, the deluxe room is large, the bathroom is large, the bathroom creates a homely atmosphere, the food is excellent , the buffet in the morning, lunch and dinner a la carte, water without restrictions, cleaning every day, the beds are very comfortable, the staff has a separate respect, everyone is very polite and attentive, Convenient location for transport and the Mall of Emirates, there is always somewhere to go, they take you to the best Kite Beach before lunch.
