We ordered a takeaway lagman. This is not lagman, this is some kind of porridge, the dough is soft, even yesterday's dough cannot be so soft, thick, the gravy is tasteless.
Lagman's dough should be elastic, not thick and not thin. And for the note to the management of the institution, lagman (if you take it to take away) is applied separately noodles and gravy separately.
