Very nice hotel for a reasonable price! I was pleased with the early check-in. All issues were resolved instantly. The breakfasts are very decent, the location of the hotel is great, near the metro, parks. The pool can be used in the neighboring Novotel.The rooms are very small but clean, kettle, ironing board, safe, refrigerator, hairdryer, water, tea. Shampoo, balm, and toothbrush are missing (but this is not critical for 3 stars)

Everything was very pleasant, Friendly staff, always perfect daily cleaning and change of linen and towels. It's a great location. The swimming pool and sauna are free to relax in the hotel nearby, everything is clean and comfortable. Free transfer once a day round trip to the beach to the Parus Hotel and Dubai Mall. 5 minutes from the metro station, near a grocery store. Positive emotions remained from staying at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, clean, modern!The location is very convenient, the metro and the museum of the future are nearby.Dubai Mall is a 40-minute walk or 2 metro stations away..The room is small, but everything you need is there.The breakfast is varied, the transfer to the sea and back is on schedule, if there is not enough space, another bus arrives.Across the street from the right, you can use the swimming pool and spa area of the Novotel Hotel for free.

It is located in the center of Dubai, a minute from the metro station. Nearby there are attractions such as the Museum of the future, two stops from the Emirate Towers, everywhere you can walk and admire.
As for the hotel, everything is fine, a large lobby, delicious breakfasts with a huge selection, and dishes change daily. The room is cleaned daily, towels were changed every day, water was carried 2 bottles a day.
There is a safe, a telephone (even in the toilet), a phenomenon, a kettle, an iron. The staff speaks English, is very friendly and helpful.

Cool design of the first floor after renovation - everything is very stylish. The breakfast is not bad. Room cleaning, unfortunately, leaves much to be desired (without a reminder, they forgot to take out the trash and change towels). The rooms are unfortunately very small with controversial design and ergonomics. Well, the most unpleasant thing is probably the need to constantly clean up some small insects in the bathroom, which reappeared every day and bit very unpleasantly.

The best hotel! With the promotion, you can get a price cheaper than a daily apartment on the outskirts of Moscow. Excellent room, early check-in, delicious water at the reception. The metro is 2 minutes away, and the Ring is 5 minutes away. A bonus is free buses to the beach and the main shopping centers.

Very convenient location: the metro is a five-minute walk away, the bus is a five-minute walk in the opposite direction from the metro. The store is also a five-minute walk to the left of the subway.
The staff is polite, friendly and helpful (especially the guys who clean the rooms), but they don't speak Russian.
The breakfast buffet is delicious and quite varied.
The rooms are new and clean. Tea, sugar, water, kettle, refrigerator, toothbrush, slippers, free safe and free wi-fi. Of the disadvantages, I will only note that there is no sash in the shower and therefore, after taking a shower, the entire floor is wet.
Transfers every day to Kite Beach, Dubai Mall and some other mall. Ask for the schedule at the reception. They are taking a bus for 29 people. There is no record for the transfer, so there is a microchance not to get on it (there or back).
There is a swimming pool! But it is located in the neighboring Novatel. You can ask at the reception how to get there.

Pros: the most convenient hotel for a business trip (especially when working at WTC), good and varied breakfasts, a pleasant veranda of the hotel and friendly staff. Close to the metro and the city center, there is an evening bar and restaurant, nearby there are many cafes for different budgets.
Cons: the shower works terribly (unless you like the contrast of ice and flame, room 638), in some rooms there is practically no pressure in the shower (colleagues were on the 4th floor), strong audibility and a very cramped room.

The hotel is very beautiful, new, modern, interesting lobby.
The room is small but very stylish, plenty of storage space. For some reason, it was very dusty, as if no one had lived there for a very long time and some kind of white incomprehensible bug was also crawling on the shelf. There is also a lack of liquid soap, it took a lot of effort and about two days to fill it. The shower cabin is not very comfortable, water is pouring on the floor all the time. Everything steel is generally fine, and the proximity to the metro is literally 2 minutes. I timed the time from the room door to the exit from the Dubai Mall subway - exactly 15 minutes. Excellent breakfasts, you can always find something to eat. Also turn on your wit, you can make excellent salads: greens, cucumbers, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, sauces, nuts, quinoa and cheese.
At the reception, everyone will always help and prompt. There is also a transfer from the hotel to the beach twice a day, but very often people had a battle for this transfer, so it's better to be safe and take money for a taxi with you. It is about 40 dirhams from the beach to the hotel. Or take a travel card, you can walk from the beach to the first parallel street, there is a bus going towards the metro station, which is next to the World trade center, you will definitely not walk from the beach to the hotel, it is very far. There is also a free shuttle service from the hotel to the outlet and Mall of Emirates. There is no swimming pool in the hotel, I had to go to a nearby hotel, but in general it is not stressful. And we visited it only a couple of times, because the beach is nice, big, clean. The only drawback is that there is practically no shade at all, we tried to snatch a place for ourselves under a palm tree. There are toilets, changing rooms, in my opinion, there are no. There are showers and a drinking water fountain. The prices on the beach are ordinary, without any wild cheating, as in our resorts. There is free wi-fi on the beach. The sea is clean and warm.
By the way, take dirhams with you right away. At the hotel, upon check-in, you must pay a city tax of 10 dirhams/night per room. It was more profitable for me to buy dirhams right away in Moscow than to change them for dollars and already there for dirhams. There were no exchangers found near the hotel, maybe they were closed during Ramadan. There is a smart TV in the room, the Internet is also good. There is a 24-hour delivery store across the street. I was surprised by the attitude of the staff towards the customers. Excellent service. They were allowed to stay for 4 hours on the day of discharge for free! I liked the breakfast ... although the choice is average, but there is. Overall, a good hotel in terms of price/quality ratio.

Polite staff at the reception. We arrived early in the morning, checked in earlier - at 10h instead of 14h! The room is cleaned every day. Excellent Breakfasts and dinners at the nearby Novotel. The only drawback is the lack of a shower door. Because of this, all the water pours onto the floor.
