Perfect place for the life ( if you have ID) close territory, security, don’t have many tourists

A new residential complex. There is a shop, a pharmacy, several cafes and restaurants, its own beach, a place for yachts. The buildings are not completed. A lot of dust from the construction site. There are no playgrounds.
