From places with food, I recommend American cheesecakes on the 1st floor (they will offer food - do not take it, leave room for the cake). And excellent Chinese cuisine on the top floor.

For me, it is the most convenient mall in Dubai.
Not as far from the metro as Dubai Mall and more accessible in terms of transport.
Not as expensive as Marina Mall.
