We were in August. The hotel is average. The breakfast is excellent. Since there is no congestion due to the heat this month, they gave us a better room than we booked. The staff is very pleasant and courteous. Special thanks to Ayechka for her friendliness and kindness. There are two swimming pools for adults and one for children. Private beach. But due to the heat, we did not swim in water with a temperature of 38 degrees. They preferred the pool.

We had a rest from April 10 to April 18, 2025. The hotel is designed for a relaxing stay, good value for money: a wonderful well-maintained green area, a tolerably clean small beach, decent food. For 7 days, I have never had any difficulties in having a delicious and plentiful meal for breakfast and lunch.
The rooms are tired to varying degrees, but they can be changed without additional charges, and if you pay extra, they will be very happy and will give you a very good room.
The on-site restaurants and bars are expensive, but they have a big advantage - sea views and walking distance from the pools.
Excellent infrastructure around the hotel: near a large Spinney's supermarket (such as a Crossroads), many restaurants and pharmacies.
Outside the hotel there is a well-maintained promenade along the embankment (starting from the Hyatt hotel), and there is also access to the still-operating La Mer beach with a large beautiful walking area. The hotel beach is still better, but the opportunity to take a long walk along the sea in the evening is priceless!
An unobvious advantage of the fact that the beach is located in the bay is the absence of large waves, even on very windy days.
About the cons: we were staying at the hotel when it was fully booked, and the beach staff were clearly messing around: the same garbage was lying under the sun beds day after day. Sometimes garbage drifts onto the coastline from the bay. They remove it, but not as proactively as we would like, while responding to requests immediately.
The hotel staff is as polite as possible and tries to please the guests, which is very pleasant.
I would like to mention the work of the receptionist Ahmed, a super-positive person who is clearly in his place! The Russian-speaking staff are also great fellows, they do everything to make the hotel guests happy.

A very pleasant hotel. The villas on the territory are surrounded by tropical greenery. The staff is very polite and always helpful. The breakfasts are amazing!
Clear. The beach is small, but there are always sun beds. The sea is turquoise in color. This is the bay. In winter, that's the thing! There is a heated swimming pool, as well as a children's pool.
There are many different restaurants on site. But prices bite.

The territory of the hotel is just great, as if in Thailand or on the islands. Lots of greenery, waterfalls and rivers. There are many restaurants on site. 3 swimming pools. Great beach with sun beds and towels. Cool location in the city. There are several restaurants nearby (I recommend zam zam and the Turkish village). 2 tennis courts (free for residents). But, there is one disadvantage- these are dead numbers :) Everything else is great!

The hotel is not new , tired in places . But the territory is quite large and beautiful . Several pools , a beach . Themed dinners on the beach . In general, the dinners are wonderful , every evening there is a seafood grill ( octopus, langoustines , shrimp , etc. ) a large varied buffet . Proximity to the center ( the Dubai Mall was reached leisurely in 35 minutes ) but at the same time with its own beach !

The hotel has its own sandy beach, the entire territory is surrounded by greenery, the villas are located in a quiet green corner, away from the noise of day and night traffic. The rooms are ordinary, we had a two-storey one with a private balcony. The hotel is not new, some of the reviews say that the rooms are bad and terrible. Either we were lucky, or people don't understand something when they choose a hotel (the year of construction is 1979, but again!!!I'll mark it!!!there are hotels that were built in 2000 ~ and beyond and they don't stand next to the room stock of this hotel! Everything is decent and clean here!!! There is no mold in the bathroom, there is no rickety, dilapidated furniture in the room, huge TVs with numerous channels and satellite TV are also available, there is an ironing board with an iron in the dressing room, there is a capsule coffee machine and a kettle, daily cleaning and a change of bed linen, the bed is huge, the room is very spacious)
Check-in takes place at 15:00, and all the accompanying "package buns" that you have selected also after this time. We had breakfast and lunch, because we understood that we would be walking around the city in the evening.
The staff speaks English completely, but there is a person at the reception who speaks Russian.
We arrived early, the girl at the reception helped us a lot, sent us to breakfast while the room was being prepared for check-in, and we were checked in an hour later upon arrival at the hotel. In general, we thought that we would wait for 6 hours before checking in and the issue of food would have to be resolved on our own, but she changed the last day of breakfast and lunch for us on the day of arrival (we had an early morning departure on the day of departure).
The beach has white sand, fish swim near the shore, the water is clear and clean, and you can also see various marine life.
There are several restaurants and a nightclub on site.

Nice hotel, beautiful territory, far from the metro, you can only take a taxi, because there is its own lagoon with clear sea and snow-white sand. In general, we changed the number 2 times. But in the end we were satisfied with the price and location of the hotel. Before I went there, I read the reviews, I was afraid that I would not be lucky with the room. But I liked everything. Yes, it's obvious that the rooms are not the newest, but we had a great family room with a separate bedroom. Two TVs, a walk-in closet with everything you need for ironing. Very green area, lots of birds, fountains, waterfalls. It's very nice to be here. The food was good, not very varied, but everything was delicious and of good quality. Friendly staff. A birthday cake and a plate of fruit were brought.
The beach is small, clean, and the water is clear. There is no entertainment for children. There is a small playground and a swimming pool for kids. Nothing for older children. We were also pleased with the location - we walked to the Museum of the Future, to the Burj Khalifa. About an hour of leisurely walking. It's not very close, but if the weather is good, you can take a walk.
We changed the bed linen twice in 10 days and cleaned it perfectly.

There is a private sandy beach, clean sea, the area is very green and picturesque, good food (but expensive in the hotel restaurants), room cleaning every day, rooms are clean, well maintained, located in the Jumeirah area, there are restaurants with inexpensive food nearby (overlooking the Turkish restaurant) and a supermarket (there is a currency exchange at a normal rate, better than in a hotel), but it must be borne in mind that there is a mosque nearby and prayers are heard (faintly audible in the room, but audible), the metro is far away (40 minutes on foot), but you can quickly get to the center and other attractions by taxi.
Overall a good hotel with a convenient location.

They were in November 2023. An excellent hotel for a mattress-retirement vacation with children. Its own beach and several pools, its own territory with lawns and paths, an artificial stream and palm trees. Breakfasts are good, for those who want more - all sorts of culinary events and restaurants on site. The hotel was built before the construction rush and is located "well, almost near the center of Dubai." There are almost no other hotels with their own beach and not on the settlements.
Cons - it was built a long time ago, albeit conscientiously, so if you want 5 * and the fly was not sitting, then this is not here.

One of the best hotels on the coast in terms of price-quality ratio. Very beautiful green area, ponds. Its own sandy beach, a fairly large water area, equipment rental. Near the hotel there is a pedestrian zone, restaurants, a shop nearby. A varied breakfast, a very rich dinner (if included in the package). There is a common building with rooms and more than a dozen bungalows on the territory. The metro is far away, you can get to all the sights by taxi.

A picturesque hotel with beautiful nature, fountains, flora and fauna. There are many restaurants on the territory (not cheap, but with normal food and the possibility of ordering alcoholic beverages). The hotel itself is a little "tired" - the toilet is leaking, then the sink (but everything is quickly eliminated). Also, the furniture is tired and not modern, but if it doesn't matter to you, then the hotel is 4 stars. There is a white sand beach, sun beds, towels and umbrellas for free (but we stay at this hotel). The breakfast food is monotonous, but delicious, fruits, juices... the staff is very courteous and polite. The territory is large, there are heated pools for adults and separately for children. There is a small playground. There is a free gym, a nightclub, and a tennis court on site. There is a spa, but we did not visit it. A store with surfing equipment and just some clothes. Nearby there is a beautiful, but not cheap, Yara restaurant and some exotic restaurant. There is also a mini mall nearby. To be honest, there's nothing sensible about it). There is a mini-restaurant Zam-zam on the opposite side of the hotel. I can't help but say that it's delicious, a lot, cheap and, most importantly, a lot of bonuses. A lot of local people go there. The dishes are large - they were taken for two or four and it turned out to be very budget-friendly and, most importantly, satisfying and delicious! Soup is given for free (delicious), all sauces, bread, hummus are given for free to large dishes. At the end, they bring very tasty mint tea and sweet donuts, and also for free. A very friendly family runs this restaurant. I want to go back there more than once! That's what we did.

I would like to say separately about the reception at the hotel, given the certain complexity of paying for a hotel reservation (I arrange trips myself without a tour operator), I was sent an invitation request with payment on the spot and upon arrival there were no questions at check-in. The hotel is for those who want to have a real pleasure in a beach holiday, playing table tennis, chess, playing lawn tennis and much more. We had a rest for three days with my wife, we chose this hotel literally on the day of departure. Upon arrival, we were given a room of the best category, at the initial cost. The hotel itself is probably not the most modern, but it is very pleasant and comfortable for the guests. Small houses-villas with 3-4 rooms, interesting layout, high-quality interior. Its own beach and access to the sea, several pools, 5-6 restaurants on site, including the Suvoroff restaurant with Russian cuisine. Friendly staff, high-quality cleaning.
It's not that close to the metro, but it's close to the airport and Dubai Mall. I recommend it!

We took a two-room suite with a living room, a bedroom and a dressing room, very comfortable.
