An interesting and very beautiful place in Abu Dhabi, of indescribable beauty and style.
It's as if Russia is allowed to visit the Kremlin inside and see where the president meets foreign delegations.
The idea is great, especially the room with gifts, where they are collected by subject (the Koran, weapons, dishes, souvenirs, etc.).
There is a cafe, a souvenir shop.
A free shuttle runs from the entrance every 5-10 minutes and takes you all the way to the palace.

I think it's worth coming to Abu Dhabi at least because of this place. Style: expensive/rich, but without gypsy excess. The atmosphere is very pleasant, I wanted to be there all day. Everything is done with taste and pedantry.
I also liked the evening show, but I liked the sunset more, which was unrealistically beautiful shades.
You can also have a snack there, there is a cafe.

Another must-visit place is the new palace. The entrance costs 70derham, a bus goes from the checkpoint for a minute and takes you directly to the palace, it's spacious and beautiful outside, but inside everything is just gorgeous and bombastic!) I advise you to visit at 17:30-18:00, at 19:30 the laser show at the palace begins.

Parking is paid 35 dirhams. There are two entrances for people, 1 - who have booked and bought tickets online, 2- people who will buy tickets on the spot, there is a bus waiting at the entrance to transport people to the palace. The palace is nice, huge, really a masterpiece. It's worth a look.

If you have not bought an online ticket in advance, you can buy it on the spot before 17:00. There is a separate queue on the left for offline tickets, and this is not indicated anywhere. We stood in line for an hour and never got in.

They were in June 2024. You get there by bus, approach the building, take a ticket, security control, then take a bus that takes you to the palace itself. You can not walk around the territory, by bus there and back. A hall, a gift room are available in the palace, you can look in and take a picture of the banquet hall. Everything is very pompous and rich, shooting is free, but without a tripod. The dress code is softer than in a mosque, shoulders and knees should be covered (you can wear a T-shirt).
Must see is mandatory.

They could not buy tickets online, they did not take the Union Pay card from Gazprom Bank. But strangely enough, they bought tickets for dollars at the normal exchange rate.
They were taken to the palace and taken away on a comfortable bus.
The palace made a good impression with its scope and decoration. It is clear that a lot of effort, time and money have been invested.
But there is no energy in it like in our Kremlin, this is most likely due to the fact that the building is still young and has not gained energy from people and events.
There is a cafe, but at the end of the day there was almost nothing there except coffee.
Very beautiful area around, everything is clean and well maintained.
We stayed for the light show. It was interesting, but cool (February 22nd) to sit on a cold stone.
