I do not recommend contacting this company to anyone. Not only did this company not help me in a difficult moment, it also did not get in touch when support was needed more than ever! It's very simple: as long as everything is fine with you, they are always there ... and they will send you a text message and ask you to write a review. And now keep an honest review! We flew to Moscow->Dubai (transfer)->Sri Lanka. We went to the city at the transfer, but did not take into account the time difference of 1 hour and missed the plane. The airline said, "figure out who the tickets were taken from, since you already have return tickets for reservations, let them decide something" And then the most interesting thing began. OneTwoTrip did not get in touch. Bots are responding everywhere, there is no way to connect to the operator. The girl from Russia managed to get through, she was on the phone for about 30 minutes. Although the time was only 20:00. As a result, the company did not help in any way, no support, no one cares. They don't get in touch, they can't solve anything. I've been traveling by plane for about 8 years now and this is the first time I've missed a plane. I just didn't fly for two years because of the pandemic and lost my knack. So far, everything is fine with you: you make it on time, everything is OK. But as soon as something went wrong, OneTwoTrip will not help you in any way. This is the company that I will never take tickets from again in my life!

It 's the worst I 've ever seen .They do not respond to letters , I decided to cancel the flight with the airline , a week later they only deigned to send an answer .I will no longer take tickets through them and I do not advise others.
