For 4-5 years, 2 children were wearing shoes in it, everything was fine, they earned a decent discount of 15%, until one day, the shoes turned out to be defective (the tongue on the sneakers began to come off from the inside, the sole began to peel off) after 3 days of socks. We arrived at the store, tried to exchange the goods for a similar one, only without a defect. The seller showed understanding and responsiveness. However, at that time there was a hostess in the store, who, in response to our request for a replacement of the goods, objected that the defects were not very large, and in principle they could be demolished for repair themselves. They didn't change anything for us, they just returned the money (and thanks for that). A month later we went to buy winter boots, but it turned out that the discount was canceled for us. There are no complaints about the seller. Responsive, attentive girl. But the attitude of the owner to the customers is surprising.
