I took pin-shaped lilies from this flower shop (September 26). I followed everything they said: I changed the water daily, removed dried flowers. However, on October 9, I began to notice that the buds were not opening, and the flowers that had opened earlier had withered long ago. I wrote to the store with a description of the problem (receipts, screenshots, photos and videos are attached), but no one answered me. What can I say: it's better not to buy lilies here.

I leave my feedback after a while, tk promised to do it as soon as possible. I arrived in Grodno on the eve of a sad event. I went to a flower shop in the evening to have two bouquets of 30 roses collected for me by tomorrow morning. There were flowers for one bouquet, but there weren't enough roses for the second, but the consultant promised that they would be delivered early tomorrow morning. I warned you that I can't wait and be late, I'll come for the finished flowers by 10:20 in the morning. When I was there, the girl called some Pasha, who assured her that they would make it. I left a deposit and my phone number. But, as it turned out later, the store takes the deposit and the number to insure only itself. I came at 10:35 a.m. to pick up the flowers, but the courier didn't deliver them. No one even thought to call me to warn me about it. Of course, why do this, because I can have time to buy flowers in another store. But if no one calls me, I'll have to grab what I have, in the amount that I have, with your fucking 5% discount as an apology. It's not for nothing that they write bad reviews about you everywhere.
